Thank you to Chris and the team at Matt’s Auto today! I spent all day yesterday trying to get our truck somewhere to deal with a flat. With the temps and storm brewing, I couldn’t find any tow companies that were able to help us out. I called Matt’s Auto this morning, left a message of what I was looking for, and when Chris called me back, he had a tow lined up for me and promised we’d get our truck back before the holiday weekend. They did just that! Amazing customer service, and made us feel like we were a top priority, though I am sure they were just as busy with other customers!! They got me in the week before Christmas and got my car taken care of before my road trip out of state. Got a super detailed inspection as well so I know what to get worked on next. Will definitely take my car back for future repairs and maintenance!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Matts Auto thought they could take advantage of me and my mother. Went in for a battery light on my car. Came back 2 days later after being told it would be done the same day, and got charged over $300.00 plus it never got fixed. We went to a local repair shop. He fixed the issues right away. Just a bad wire. took half hour. Charged me only $80. Plain out simple.... Matts will rip you off.Service: Battery
I don't think they even deserve a star. They took about 2 days to even look at my car and then charged me 800$ just to run tests. I took my car to another place and they were able to find the problem and get back to me in 30 minutes, and then fixed it for a fraction of the price. I will never be going back to this place.
I would've given a 5 but read on:. when I left with the car after the work was done, the issue that I came in for - the a/c not working - was still not working. So they kept the vehicle one more night to fix the a/c and I picked it up the next day. The bill was more than anticipated because they found other issues and fixed them, but the original issue hadn't been taken care of. For what we paid the a/c should have been working. We will continue to use Matt's Automotive because we haven't had issues previously. This was the only time there was a "blip" that should've not been missed.Service: Air conditioning

Went in for an oil change and they were phenomenal. They did more than just an oil change. They document and photograph things on your vehicle that may need to be looked at within the next 2 years. They are honest with you when things need work and don't try to scam you into paying out more than you need to. As a women, I've been to many shops were I am treated as if I wouldn't know better even though I typically do a lot of the regular maintenance on my vehicle myself. It's not often that I go to a shop where the mechanics are honest with me. They also have a nice lounge area for you to wait while your vehicle gets worked on.
