Mattress Firm Bordentown

Zero stars would be too much. Incompetence can barely describe the workings of this company. Gross negligence. Customer truly does not come first with this company. And they wonder why people choose to buy from Amazon? This instance is the perfect example of why. Ordered a queen mattress / box set. Mattress was good, box spring didn’t fit up my stairway. Sales person said no problem we will get you a split Queen box. Easy enough it sounds. My grandson can wait for his new bed another few days. We the split queen box arrives today. The delivery company installs the bed and asks me where the other box spring that wouldn’t fit was. I replied, the previous delivery team took it with them because it didn’t fit. They said they could not leave the new box spring unless they picked up the other one. 10 minutes of phone calls with their dispatch and the store and they can’t get ahold of a district manager and lo and behold they go back upstairs and take the new split queen box spring back. So there you have it, my grandson is still bedless. I will order from Amazon and have one here for him tomorrow. Great opportunity for this company to show how they can turn sour lemons into lemonade and they just made it 1000 times worse. Avoid this company. It looked good for the 5 minutes it was in place.

I have shopped here multiple times over the years to purchase mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful! I have always been very happy with my purchase and the prices.

Working with Tyler Storer at the Mattress Firm in Bordentown was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my adult of my life. Not only was Tyler extremely knowledgeable on all of the mattresses in the store and I mean a LOT of mattresses trust me I tried them all but he was also incredibly personable and helpful which made this important purchase completely stress free. At no point was I pressured or persuaded into one mattress over another and he was great at listening to my sleep needs whenever I gave him feedback. And he did this all while helping multiple customers at once, perfectly bouncing from one to the next, guiding each of them along their sleep journey in an almost artful way. Tyler and Scott were the absolute best. They were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. Added bonus they were also very funny. I didn't know buying a bed could be such a fun experience. If you are in the Bordentown area go see them. They will take great care of you. - Ryan

I dealt with Scott and Tyler and it was the best customer service experience I've had in such a long time. They are really educated and are not happy until you are happy. They went through great lengths to get me everything I need and then some. I would recommend anyone to them and their boss should be proud they have them 2 as employees because they are amazing. I would like to appreciate the customer service my wife and I received from Tyler and Scott at Mattress Firm. From the beginning of our visit to the purchase our mattress both Tyler and Scott were expert listeners and very knowledgeable about the latest mattress technology. Tyler actually called a Sealy representative to ask about the availability of a mattress we were inquiring about. I would highly recommend talking to Tyler or Scott if you are interested in replacing or buying a mattress. You will receive excellent service!!!

Tyler is very talkative and has great knowledge of the mattresses! He was helpful by letting me experiment with the different types of mattresses. Especially he was helpful by finding the right fit for me! Overall, he is very accommodating and did not mind spending time to chat and examine the mattresses. He is a great sleep expert!
