Bought a mattress about one month ago, and had the best experience! Antonio was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with making a decision on a mattress and setting up delivery. Had a rough experience with shopping at a different mattress store the day before, so to turn around and have such a pleasant experience at this store was reassuring!!

The sales associate Antonio was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping me select my mattress. As a first time buyer the experience was completely new to me but he provided plenty of information, answered every question, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase without being overbearing or pushy. I’ll definitely refer anyone In the market to mattresses firm because of his service.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Antonio at 1722 Chestnut St in Philadelphia. He's showed me a few beds that fit my needs also, in my price range I establish. The whole experience was straightforward and non-pressured. Definitely will recommend him to anyone.

You walking into Mattress Firm Obviously for a mattress. The question is which mattress suits you. The Sale representative at this particular location, I gotta say the are one of the best that I have ever came across. Antonio Gonzalez is his name and he listen to my plea. I was crying for a new Box Spring new mattress the works. He took care of me and my wife he went out and beyond. So much so that I did not just leave out of there with a new mattress, I also left out of there with an adjustable bed. Why an adjustable bed? For me and my wife back. We are in heaven sleeping in the clouds, lol. But again, Antonio Gonzalez, really looked out for me, he listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, allow me to take my time to make the right decision that is best for me and my wife. Thank You Mattress Firm me and my wife are having the best sleep of our lives.

Antonio taught me everything I could want to know about mattresses! He helped find the right mattress for me and even got me a great deal on it! All of this while being the sole rep in the store that day.

This is my third purchase from Mattress Firm previously Sleepys. The store manager, James was very courteous and helpful in getting my needs met. My mattress and it’s cover will be delivered while I got home back with my new pillow. Can’t wait to try my new mattress.
