Mattress Firm Clearance

We visited Mattress Firm with the intention of just looking. However, we left with a bed we are very happy with. Kelly was so helpful and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and truly helped us make, what we feel like, is the best decision on our new bed. He was not pushy and allowed us time to look. We appreciated the valuable information he gave us about each mattress. Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable.

Kelly was an amazing salesman. He was able to juggle three groups at once and close two of them. I really appreciate the level of care he provided me. I normally don’t leave reviews for stores, but I felt that Kelly definitely deserves a shout out. Very exited to get my king Serta and upgraded adjustable frame. I would definitely come to the place to get your mattress. Keep in mind mattress firm will match any price for up to four months. Kelly was not pushy at all. He lets the customer guide themselves to a few beds based on an initial conversation. 10/10!

John was very knowledgeable and more than willing to spend the time needed to help us make a decision. Never felt rushed or pushed into buying something we didn’t want or need. Also made several suggestions about clearance mattresses that were available to try and help us save money. Great experience and glad to recommend MF to friends.

I purchased a mattress and was not completely satisfied with the product. I decided to go up to the store to discuss my issues and the sales person was willing to help me swap out the mattress for another one and had it delivered the next day! I did have to pay a little extra money but a good night sleep is worth it! I appreciate the sales rep helping me and allowing me to swap out my mattress outside the normal trial period window, Now that is customer services and I will always recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!

I came in to buy a new bed, having a little bit of an idea as to what I wanted but needing someone knowledgeable to help direct me. John was our salesman at this location and was over the top friendly and helpful, with little pressure on us for the sale and him wanting us to be satisfied with our purchase. We felt 100% comfortable giving him / them our business with their expertise and demeanor. I would absolutely shop here again as long as John can be my salesman!

After a beyond miserable experience purchasing a mattress from Macy’s and it not arriving after 6 weeks, we were able to purchase the exact same mattress at Mattress Firm, for the exact same price, and it was delivered in 2 days. Kelly was excellent, very informative about the correct mattress you should have for the way you sleep, and was able to undo a miserable experience in about 30 minutes. I will be buying all of my mattresses from Mattress Firm from now on. Thank you!!

Outstanding service by Kelly Oluku. He really listened to the parameters of what we were looking for in our bed. He then focused that information to help us select the right product. In multiple occurrences he pointed us to a product noting that there was a product with different or higher level features but that he didn’t believe it met what we were looking for. So he was careful to keep us properly informed but not just attempt oversell. His professional and cordial demeanor was wonderful to work with as well. Overall a fantastic experience and we left with exactly the mattress and set up we were looking for.

Had the best customer service experience. No hard sale. The sales expert was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I would highly recommend Kelly at Mattress Firm. So far our Tempur-pedic feels like a wonderful dream!

Great service by Kelly. I went in and told him what I was looking for and he showed me what he thought would work for me. I tried a few options, but still came back to the one I bought, felt very comfortable and a great price. He even worked to get it delivered the next day which was a plus because I was sleeping on an air mattress and was very much over that. Thank you for awesome service, Michelle
