Thomas is Amazing ! He was attentive and patient. While my 11 year old went back and forth choosing a mattress he was never frustrated or dismissed him because he was a child. This meant everything to me. I will continue to do business with Thomas because he is truly about customer satisfaction.

I purchased the mattress here in Edgewater Mattress Firm 3 month ago. I had a nice service experience with Syed. He was knowledgeable and explained well in detail. After purchase, he was very responsive to my inquiries even if I asked via email. I was satisfied with the whole service from purchase to delivery process. After a few month's trial, I felt that I needed to replace the mattress due to my sleeping concerns. Syed helped me again to test several mattresses again. He waited patiently for me to fully test the mattress again considering my sleeping position and back pains. I’m satisfied with his services and he is a person who I can trust. Other staff in the store are also very friendly. If I ever need to buy another mattress or have something to recommend, I would recommend Edgewater branch, and I will find Syed again. Thank you.
