I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for or what I needed. We entered the Mattress Firm Store on Blue Diamond. George greeted us. His appearance was impeccable and his attitude pleasant. He led us around to different beds explaining the qualities, suggesting I lay down for effect and answering my questions. George was very knowledgeable about how and where the beds were made, durability and the ease and timing of return if I became unhappy with product. I spent more than I planned but this is a long term investment in my physical/mental health. Wishing you much success, George.

Just purchased a few mattresses and Adrian was very helpful! He answered every question I had and helped me decide on the best mattresses for the best price! I will definitely be back to Mattress Firm for my next purchase very soon. Make sure you have Adrian help you out!

Purchasing a mattress is harder than most people realize. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and never rushes you into a quick decision. When you’re testing mattresses, the last thing you want is someone pushing you or interrupting your ability to experience each mattress. Scott allows you time without interruption, but is always there to answer all questions. He’s a terrific resource and a great representative of Mattress Firm!

Store is welcoming, quiet, clean, and easy to navigate inside. Yovan was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as he helped us choose the right mattress. My only complaint is that it won’t be delivered by the time we move in to our new house, but that is probably out of this local store’s control we are moving out-of-state. No complaints so far, we hope the upcoming delivery goes well!

If you want a reasonable price on a decent mattress don't go here. All they do is try to up sell you on purple or expensive stuff. And have nothing but super hard options for everything else. We got a bed that was nothing like the store and we're given the run around and delt with a lot of people at this store. And they were all slimeballz we went to walker instead and they were Fantastic. I would never tell my worst enemy to go here

I called the blue diamond store on a Sunday afternoon and Richard a.k.a. Rick really helped me out with a quality mattress at a good price and great customer service. He’s a true professional!! I would suggest that the warehouse service hours coincide with the store hours to make pick up more convenient at the warehouse. Also, the warehouse needs to have better signage on the building. Having said I would definitely go back to Mattress Firm for my future mattress needs. highly recommended!!

I usually don’t go into a store to mattress shop but I felt the need to go in and make sure I can see a mattress before I buy it. When I came in, I was kindly greeted by Harvey and asked me about what I am looking for, I wasn’t too sure but he made sure I tried different levels of comfort. Harvey is literally amazing to work with and made this process not stressful at all. I didn’t feel pressured, he helped me find something in my price range, he is hilarious, and I am very happy with my purchase! Will absolutely be coming back for my next mattress purchase. Rick is a great salesman! From the second we walked in the door, he was very kind, patient and listened to our needs. We took their survey on what we were looking for. He then explained our options at great depth, had us try the different mattresses the results from the survey suggested. Rick made sure we had all the information surrounding that particular mattress before we made our final decision. Wonderful experience!
