What a wonderful shopping experience! We were helped to find the perfect mattress by Chima. He showed us five or six mattresses that met our requirements. We ended up buying the most expensive one of the bunch but we did not feel up sold. He showed us many that could have been acceptable but with full awareness we chose the most comfortable one which was a little more money. This is the third or fourth mattress we have purchased from this Mattress Firm location. We will be back.
Shopped here and I just wanted to say that Chima made everything easy. It’s hard to find people who will really listen to your price range and wants/needs but I’m so glad I came to this Mattress Firm. I’m so excited for my mattress to come and it’s only going to take about 2 days to deliver!! Thank you Chima for everything and for making me feel comfortable the entire process! Quick and easy, totally recommend you to come here!
I typically don’t write reviews Chima was awesome!! He was very accommodating to my Price range and didn’t push me Towards more expensive options and he gives me his honest opinions and showed great integrity!
