Mattress Firm Legacy Place

I was very impressed with my visit to Mattress Firm. I worked with the sales representative, Stephen Leivi, to determine what mattress met my needs. He was thorough and patient as I tried out different mattresses and pillows until I felt confident in my choice. He did not rush me in making my choice and explained all my options and what I could do if I am not satisfied after trying it out. And I was able to get a delivery date of my preference. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to others.

They have a great collection of mattresses and a team of kind and courteous staff. They would ask you a few questions about your sleeping positionslide, back, stomach and accordingly suggest a firm medium or plush one. I think Mattress selection is personal and there is no one size fits all, so I wanted to try different options and Eleni made me feel welcomed to try different brands and patiently answered Qi’s and gave good suggestions.

Nelson was extremely helpful! It was closing time and he didn’t rush us out, he took the time to explain and let us test some mattresses and pillows. Would definitely recommend going and checking out what they have. Might want to drink coffee, cause you’ll probably fall asleep from how comfortable the mattress are lol.

My entire family of 4 went in to purchase new mattresses for our 14 yo daughter and 16 yo son. Janice greeted us immediately, introduced herself, asked our names and the reason for our visit. She began by confirming the proper support level for both teenagers. Janice explained the entire store was color coded by support level which made trying different mattresses easy. The kids were each given different pillows that Janice confirmed fit their body types for use trying the various mattresses. Our daughter fell in love with her pillow. Janice worked with us from our original intention to purchase 2 mattresses, low price point, to finally deciding our son didn’t want a mattress and our daughter really needed something more substantial. Janice understood our need to stay in a budget and took extra time to help find us the best possible pricing. She really cared about our family as people, not just as customers. Thank you Janice for bringing your obvious care and compassion to your profession and thank you Mattress Firm for affording Janice the flexibility to help clients. We are very happy with our experience.

I received excellent service. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had an issue with my previous order and he resolved it for me. He made my day!

Elena patiently educated us on the mattresses and we tried almost everyone of them! She helped me to choose the right one 4 my needs. And she explained virtually every last detail of each question I asked! I was treated so respectfully! Fantastic experience! Eleni spent over an hour working with us and listening to our needs to help find the perfect fitting mattress. One of us has sciatica and the other acid reflux, so this was a very important and big purchase for us. She worked with me on all the available discounts to get an adjustable frame, mattress, pillows, all financed at 0% interest and we ended up saving over $1,000 on everything. Very happy customers. Customer service was excellent. The sales rep spent time explaining the differences between the different mattresses. We settled on some very reasonably priced options, and I was surprised at how quickly I could get them delivered. Will definitely return.

Came in today to browse beds for our new apartment. We were immediately warmly greeted by Stephen and Eleni at the Legacy Place store in Dedham. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, and never made us feel pressured into buying. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted at the best price. I would highly recommend both of them. I hope Mattress Firm knows how lucky they are to have folks like these who genuinely care about the experience their customers are getting. Grace was super helpful! She listened to us carefully; and was very patient! She was not pushy at all, she went with the flow! We felt comfortable with her and never felt like she was rushing a sale. Which is great, because this was a big decision/commitment/investment in our lives 10 years sleeping on this mattress. And we wanted to take our time at the store. We went to the store on 3/22/22 and got our new mattress super quick 3/25/22. So far, we are loving it! We decided on TEMPUR-Pedic ProAdapt , medium 12”. Again, thank you Grace!
