Originally— I Purchased a mattress and box spring online. What a horrible experience I had. I was charged for the mattress and box spring, and had a delivery date of 12/18, between 2-8pm. “No Show!”
The mattress is for my dad who in assisted living. His previous mattress was already thrown out into the dumpster. “Not usable!” Anyway, I contacted the toll free number and got no where. I decided to call the Mansfield store— explained my situation to Grace. She went above and beyond to help me. She was on the phone from roughly 6-8:15pm... on hold for customer service using her cell phone, and talking to me on the store phone. I actually had to hang up because I was working. She called me back when she was down to 2 customer calls ahead. There are not many people who would do that for a customer or anyone in general. Well, I purchased the mattress through Grace, and we canceled the online order with the customer service rep (who was very rude to Grace, putting her on hold more than twice, then hanging up on her after being told to credit my account, and I would be purchasing the mattress via Mansfield store. A day later, but my Dad will get his mattress tomorrow night. Do yourself a favor; don’t order online, go to the Mansfield store, or call them direct. You will get great customer service.

Worst experience ever. A mattress that was bought less than two months ago has springs popping up in mattress. When called to have it replaced they were very nasty, told I should have spent more money to get a better one!!!!

Grace was super helpful and not pushy at all. She was extremely patient with my 2 daughters trying different beds and explaining the differences -- which required 2 separate visits, of course! Thanks Grace!

My boyfriend and I went in to buy a bed and we were met with Grace. With just a few questions she was able to direct us to a few options to try immediately. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable through the entire process. I never felt pressured to make a decision, which is a great trait in sales person. She answered all our questions with ease and the overall process was great. We were able to find a bed! Given how stressful moving can be, this was a stressfree experience.

Grace was super helpful and made our purchase go a LOT smoother than expected. My girlfriend and I like total opposite levels of firmness and Grace introduced us to a hybrid model that fit both of our needs. Very pleased!
