I cannot say enough about James! He made a very overwhelming experience an absolute pleasure! He was professional, courteous, friendly and provided me with different options to fit my budget but help me get the best mattress for my needs. I recommend this store to everyone needing a mattress!

Madison was super helpful! We needed a mattress for my son’s apt in Baltimore and she helped him find something within a budget. She was knowledgeable about the selections and guided him to the right mattress. Then she scheduled the delivery in MD which made the whole process so easy.

My partner and I recently moved to Rhode Island with barely anything and needed a mattress for the apartment we were waiting to be approved for. Dan at Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses the store had to offer. He was patient and worked diligently to find us something we liked and within our budget. Dan even went above and beyond by searching for canceled orders, allowing us to benefit from a great discount and take home the mattress we loved. Since we still don't have the apartment, Dan arranged for us to get the mattress on layaway, so we made a deposit and the price we got will be on hold until we manage to get a place. Incredible customer service from Dan – he definitely deserves a raise. Thanks, Dan!

Lexi was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable! They made the process easy, no stress at all. We got to try so many mattresses with intention and instruction, and consideration for our price point. Absolutely best service I’ve had in a long time. Me and my girl went in just to look/test mattresses because we been looking online for a bit. Sleep expert James greeted us with friendly energy and we did not feel pressured what so ever through out the entire process which is huge for us especially since we do not like being pressured into anything. Talked us through the entire process, was very transparent about the process. Worked with our budget and helped us find the perfect mattress. I will definitely be going back to get pillows in a few weeks just because he was so awesome. Only reason I didn’t get pillows at time of purchase is because me and my girl were in a time frame. I appreciate everything James did for us and for the help he gave us.
