Ike was super helpful and showed me and my girlfriend exactly what we were looking for and when we had an issue with the delivery he solved it instantly the next day with no problems! Thanks Ike you the man!!!! Also the iseries 2000 is an amazing mattress worth every penny!

Mike was fantastic helping us with our visit today. We came in towards the end of the evening and spent a good amount of time in the store. Mike went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly what we were looking at and discuss our options. While in the store for a cheap guest bed, we had such a fantastic experience we decided to purchase a new more expensive bed for the master bedroom as well. Few experiences these days leave you on a “high horse” in regards to customer service, but Mike exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you for your time and efforts! You are greatly appreciated and we hope you are recognized for your hard work.

Nothing but nice things to say here. A little preliminary research gave us a solid idea.of what we wanted but, Ike helped us narrow down the nuances of the way we sleep and we believe we bought the perfect matress for us. Can't wait to have it delivered!

Best experience ever! I had forgotten what it felt like going into a store to purchase things with a human. I was going to order a mattress on Amazon but the shipping was going to take at least 3 days I needed something today and I went into mattress firm in Revere and I’m so glad I did. Met a young fella working the morning shift and his customer service was beyond the best that I have ever experienced. He made me feel comfortable, made my decision very easy and explained the comfort of each mattress, very professional and out going individual! Thanks again brother! Definitely recommend

The sales Manager Ike was Amazing he was so knowledgeable in his own right and in his customer service skills . There was'nt any pressure at all. In fact he was Extremely patient. I went to the store yesterday and looked around and met Ike I came back today and I knew I was gonna buy a mattress from him. The prices are good but then they had another sale going on. ike Calculated everything for me and when it was time to pay that's exactly what I paid. Nothing more then what he told me. I have Been in customer service for over 25 years, Ike is a 5 star Employee. I got Exactly the bed I wanted After trying many throughout the store You can't go wrong buying from this company

I went to Mattress firm in Revere Ma. Yesterday. I was very stressed because in the last 5 years I've purchased 4 mattresses and had no luck. I was approached by Lynn and she was literally the Best! She spent so much time asking what our needs were and did an assessment. After narrowing my decision to 3 mattresses I told her my husband wanted to come In after work to check them out she stayed late to accommodate us and helped us out tremendously! She was so nice. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone like her helping us. Her customer service skills were incredible and you can tell she really cared. I highly suggest asking for Lynn or Ike next time you buy a Mattress. Wonderful experience!
