Mattress Firm Warm Springs

My husband and I needed a new mattress and decided to visit this mattress Firm location. "Big Ben" was so helpful and knowledgeable of their products. He asked questions to help us determine which mattress would be best for us. He also demonstrated the pros and cons of several different beds and bases. With his help we made our choice and were on way quickly. Wonderful experience, we would recommend to anyone in the market for a new bed to go Mattress Firm on Warm Springs and Marks... Don't forget to ask for "Big Ben".

What an amazing experience we had with Leslie at the Warm Springs store! She helped us find the perfect bed and adjustable base and made the buying experience so easy! Did I mention it’s being delivered and set up within two days of purchase?? That’s crazy fast! We have put off buying a new bed for too long so we’re excited to finally have a good nights sleep! Ben was a great help! He’s was very knowledgeable about my mattress and the adjustable frame. I was concerned about my monthly payment but he gave me great advice and how to work that out as well. I will definitely refer him to friends and family!

Walked in just to start pricing. Big Ben is probably the most honest salesman I’ve met. Zero BS sales pitch. He talks to you like a person. No stress or being a pushy A-hole. He and Mattress Firm have earned a life long customer. I wound up buying a mattress and new adjustable base.

This location is the only one I'll contact after several years of interaction with Mattress Firm. I had been to multiple locations in which the staff had made me feel like I was a bother to them, but THIS little gem on Marks has been dependable, sympathetic in my emergencies, and have gone above and beyond for me to make my transactions as easy and pain free as possible. Most recently, they came through to help me get a bed frame same day for my sister's move across town. I merely called them and told them what I was looking for and asked if there was any way I could pick it up. They called around for me and called me back with a solution. It only meant two stops for me. Every individual I have worked with here has made my family and I feel welcome and comfortable to take our time on our investment in better sleep, but the two most recent heroes of the move day I speak of are Leslie "Buttercup" Thompson and Big Ben Towner. Thank you again and I apologize for the delay in this review as life has been hectic. However, your customer service is so outstanding I wanted to be sure to complete this. Wow, what an amazingly satisfied customer I am. My first time ever walking into a Mattress Firm store and I scored. I got my first Queen size EuroTop bed for an awesome price. I worked with Leslie at mattress firm to quickly get two mattresses ordered and one of them delivered very quickly on Saturday. She was very friendly she gave me all of my options and made this work for me she did a great job thank you Leslie.

Needed a NEW mattress and Leslie helped us with a great deal on a new Beautyrest mattress. Our old one finally got bumpy after 20 years. Can't wait to get into our new bed. Hopefully we will not get up in pain again. Thank You!
