We had an amazing experience at the Bethesda Mattress Warehouse store, with Nancy & Saim. Nancy excellently explained all the differences between the myriad mattress options. Saim was very transparent about the pricing. We tried out many mattresses and even got a special BedMatch diagnostic for our sleeping styles. It was fantastic they offered hygienic disposable mattress protection sheets so we could try out the different mattresses. We are very happy with our experience at this location.

I needed to exchange the bed I purchased after one month because it was too soft and caused me to wake up with lower back pain. I selected a firmer mattress that also had a cooling feature. It’s perfect! And the delivery was the next day thanks to the very kind salesman.

Nancy was amazing. She took care of my family and I that just moved to MD. She gave us an AMAZING price for 2 mattresses. Also, my daughter was asleep and she let her sleep on one of the mattresses. She was so hospitable. I won’t refer elsewhere! SHOP HERE!

Just relocated to Maryland for work and needed to purchase a mattress for my apartment. Initially, I put Googled Mattress Firm and because of the construction on the road I missed my entrance. I was going to make a block and come back to it, but not even a block away I noticed Mattress Warehouse with convenient parking and easy entrance and exit from the street. The sales associate, Nancy I believe was her name, was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I didn't feel pressured, and she took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a mattress. I couldn't beat the price which included setup and delivery. Awesome service, awesome value. Thank you so much for making my mattress search easy and seamless.

Thank you for a great mattress purchasing experience! Nancy was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! You can tell she has been doing this for a while and knows bed from bed. She knew exactly which beds to take me to based on our preferences. I was in and out in 30 minutes and beds were delivered the next day! Wow!

Sam and Nancy did an excellent job helping me with my purchase my new mattress. Both are very knowledgeable about the products. I did not feel pressured or rushed into the sale; everything was explained clearly upfront to me in a professional manner from the cost of everything to when the mattress would be delivered. On top of that Nancy has great people skills and is very entertaining. She later helped me quickly update the mattress delivery date and find the perfect pillow I was looking for for a long time. All of these made a great shopping experience! :

We had the most helpful saleswoman! She was so knowledgeable, practical and truly so kind. My daughter bought a mattress and she took her sweet time. The woman was extremely patient and answered all of her questions in detail. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to her when I need another mattress.

I usually don't leave reviews but I wanted to share how the team at Mattress Warehouse made what could have been something quite negative into a very positive experience. First, Nancy was truly great in helping us narrow down the type of mattress we wanted. We had no idea what we were looking for but she listened and worked with us till we found something we loved. Nancy made the process extremely easy and pleasant. When the mattress was being delivered there was a mistake somewhere in the labeling and only when we'd made it into our 3rd floor walk up did we realize we had the wrong mattress. We called Mattress Warehouse in a bit of a panic and Sam picked up immediately. He was clear and decisive in getting things straightened out. We were told when we could expect calls, the calls came on time, and we had the correct order the next day. A mattress is a big purchase and moving is taxing. When something goes wrong it can feel like your brain might explode. It made a huge difference to have knowledgable humans who were present, communicated well, and got things solved very quickly. We'll definitely return here the next time we need a mattress!

We had a very positive experience shopping for a bed at Mattress Warehouse. The salesman, Ed Levy, was extremely knowledgeable about the various makes, models, and materials used in every mattress. Nancy was so helpful. Didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive mattress in the store and helped me select the best option for my two teenage daughters. It was very easy to park and go in and try the mattresse. Our new mattresses will be delivered by the end of the week. I highly recommend if you’re looking for great quality at a good price and made in the USA!
