I build custom cars, but recently purchased a boat that was missing the snap in carpet, I made a template and had matworks give me a quote, the quote was more than 50% less than my local guy who wanted to cut my template into several mores pieces, this carpet turned out awesome with a monogram to boot!

I order snap in carpet for my boat over 3 weeks ago and I can't get them to answer the phone or respond to an email. I am not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about these guys. When I contacted them with interest they responded right away but after they got my money I can't get anything out of them.
