My go-to Maverick before work. They usually are pretty quick and I find that 90% if the time this has the best gas prices around in all of Orem/Provo/Springville.

Staff is super nice, and I usually go in before work, and grab breakfast every once in awhile. I had grabbed one of the breakfast burritos and it had nothing but potatoes in it....

I called to get the current gas prices to see if the prices posted on the Maverik website were accurate and at real time. The staff would not help me. They said that they could not give gas prices over the phone. Then they said that they don't know if the prices on their own website are accurate or not. They certainly didn't know if the website it kept in real time or not. I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service and disappointed in their lack of knowledge about their own website. I could possibly let it slide if the person I spoke with on the phone was a new employee and just didn't know but it was the manager I spoke with. His lack of customer service skills, knowledge, and unwillingness to help me or even care about my questions was appalling. So hear is a shout out to the higher ups at Maverik HQ, please educate your managers. Teach them about the website. Reeducate them about the importance of customer service and provide them with workshops where they can practice and apply these skills. My point, basically, it all comes down to retain-ability; how to keep the customers that they have now happy and to attract new potential customers. The above example of poor judgement and knowledge proves my point. Word of mouth is still the best and worst form of advertisement. -- "An Unhappy Previous and Now Lost Customer" with a mouth and I will use it, unfortunately for the Springville, Utah Maverik on 1750 W.

The fully stocked drink cooler has just about anything you crave. The cashier was very friendly. They had a protein shake that was buy 1, get 1 free. That was pretty cool. And yes, I bought one and got one, free.

I come they're at least three times a week and I've noticed a steady decline. They used to stock up on warm breakfast items. Now it's hit and miss. The employees just act like they don't care and the lines are getting longer in longer to check out. Not to mention, I have a loyalty card I was encouraged multiple times to get, since I go there so often. After registering it and using it for a few weeks I find out it doesn't even work and something is messed up with it. I'm going to start going somewhere else for a pit stop on my way to work.
