I went to this Mavis when my 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance needed 2 tires. I’ve heard good things about this Mavis, so I gave them a try. They were able to mount the super low profile, 20” tires without any issues. They did it without scratching the wheels at all. The wheels were then balanced. Car drives great now I had a weird shake before. I believe the tech’s name is Steve. I would definitely go back when it’s time for the other 2 tires.
We had an excellent experience today! We got there a little before it opened but they took us in at exactly 9am, they tried to see if they could repair the tire but couldn't because we all didn't realize it was a hitch pin stuck in the truck tires but thankfully they had our size and All Terrain in stock for a lot cheaper and got it back on within the hour! So so pleased with everyone there! Thank you guys so much now we can finally hit the road and go camping!
Stopped to get a tire plugged, Guy didn't even see the car , says that's not repairable because it's run flat. I told him it not run flat, so the guy says well then its gonna be 2 hours and walks away. I guess they don't need business. People and their attitude these days.
The service was great!! The young man at the front desk was really nice and his demeanor was great he had a warm welcome. Need more people like him. Great customer service is very important to me.
I had a bad experience in the past with a different tire place.. thought I would give Mavis a try and it was the best decision. Steve was super helpful.Great customer service and great job overall. I would highly recommend this place… especially Steve!
Rip off at its best. $500.00 For front brakes without rotors. I paid $80.00 for them Way to experience and that's not counting the damage that said couldn't be fixed. Now my tire are missing bolts and still need brake put on correctly.
Had on-going issues with my car. Some things that stumped other mechanics. Mavis got me hooked up. Whole team was good but dude at the counter. Steve, made it all happen. Super thorough ! Will def be back in the future. Def sending friends and family to mavis!
I needed some work on my 2019 VW Jetta. It was a busy Monday but Steve got me in right away. He explained everything that I needed to know and had the work done right away. It was a great experience and I’m actually going back next week for some routine maintenance. Thank you Steve!

Found the tires online; reserved them and made an appointment online that fit our schedule. Even though we were late for the appointment, the guys got the car in and took care of the tires and alignment. Very happy with the service and the professionalism of the Lumberton, NJ Mavis location!
