Greg was more than helpful . I’ve visited this location twice brake pads and oil change and both times the staff has been amazing ! Definitely recommend Mavis on Hwy 280 . They’ll take care of you! Clean, Fast and Great Environment!

I was attending the international Z Car Convention in Birmingham, AL. Greg and team were awesome getting my car hauler tires replaced. I was back on the road with brand new Goodyear Endurance Trailer tires at a great price!

I’ve called VARIOUS different mechanics but this one beats any by price and by service. They have a friendly feel, speak with respect, treat with honor, and have an attention to detail. Many shops like taking money and mentioning parts/problems that don’t necessarily need repair but they’re more than welcome to actually give you life-expectancy and information. SPECIAL shout-out to Greg and Sammy for not only GREAT , intentional service but even being conversational and genuine. Good folk! Highly recommend They also can work with you in pricing, financing, etc..

I came in thinking I had a flat. The guys were very nice and welcoming. They took my car back pretty quick and it turned out my tire had only been low on air so they filled it and put it back on my car for me and were nice enough not to charge me for their time. Great crew and great people!

Greg and his team were thoughtful and willing to help with the flat tire issue. Not only did they help, they were also thorough in their two rounds of inspection to make sure no tears or holes are in any of the tires. Their customer service was exceptional that I came back for their assistance with another issue a month later.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Went above and beyond to consult on our cars. Very clean and friendly environment. Was able to easily work from the customer area while car was being worked on. They also were willing to drive me home til it was done. 5

I came here for replacement brake and disk brake rotor. But my brakes is still new. . They have checked my car’s brakes. They told me about everything good. No replacement. They’re true with me. Thats good for customers. The price very is good here. I like tires in this store.

Got a screw in my tire today while finishing up Christmas errands. I stopped by Firestone first as it was the first place I crossed and my tire was leaking air fairly quickly. When the uninterested person told me I could leave it and they could get to it on Wednesday because I didn’t have an appointment I left. Mavis was my next stop and from now on it will be my first. The gentlemen that helped me were kind and understood I had an immediate need. They got me fixed up and back on the road quickly. When I am ready for tires, my car is new, this is who will get my business. Highly recommended!!!!

I came in to Mavis an hour before close with a flat tire. My baby was in the car and I needed help. Even with multiple vehicles still being worked on Sammy made it a point to prioritize my vehicle and put a new tire on it within 30min. He was very polite, respectful, and efficient! Thank you!

Went here twice. Both times was promised a few hours to have my car ready, and failed to get my car ready. This time, I took it in to check out why my car was rattling when driving at high speeds. Not only did they not fix the issue, they recommended fixing the wrong part that was $1600 instead of fixing a part that was the actual issue that would only have cost me $600 which I found out through a mechanic friend after the fix happened. The fix took 3 full days. I took my car in on Wednesday, I just received my car an hour ago. I specifically told them that if the car can't be fixed before Saturday afternoon, don't start it and I'll take the car back. They didn't tell me that they started, and took all the way up until their closing hours. I had a check engine light, TPMS, ABS lights all on after they touched my car and they argued that those lights were on before. I have a huge misalignment so I can't even drive straight. There's a huge oil leak that looks fresh hot oil and still dripping and it's all over the new parts. Does that sound like an issue I had before I took the car in on Wednesday when the oil is still dripping? Left corporate a message. DO NOT go to this store - check out Franklin Automotive down the road. It's worth the extra few dollars.
