Mavis Discount Tire

Resurrection Sunday and I needed air to make sure I arrived safely to fellowship and visit with family. I called Mavis Tires & Brakes because of the hi-star reviews about getting air services and good customer care. The automated service stated this location was open, but, Google noted that "Easter holiday might affect the hours." So I took a chance and drove the 2.1 miles to get here. They have a self-operated free air pump! Another blessing. This is SO needed. Thank you to the company and whoever made this idea a reality. I greatly appreciated being able to pump my tires and feel safe as I drive to see my family for this holiday. Follow the instructions before you start!

Very friendly and professional. Good service and they offer free air at this location! I have a crack in my tire and they replaced the same day. Reason I took off one star was because they didn't inflate ALL my tires to the correct pressure after requesting they do so. So I went up the next day and just did it myself. I will definitely use them again. The other guys/shops are pretty rude in general.

Hello everyone well I am back and let me just say getting four brand new tires 5 months and still under warranty is a complete blessing. Well I was not having a good day today and I went to lunch and wanted some Chick-fil-A I only get a hour lunch the drive thru line was too long so I tried to cut around another car and hit my tire hard on the passenger front side immediately I knew it was a wrap I got out to check it and there was a gash and air was leaking out fast I made it back to my job called road side assistance got the spare placed on told my job thank goodness there’s several Mavis tires on the area but this location Ms. Maria Baylor went above and beyond for me they were busy I was still on the clock so she told me about another location that wasn’t too far she called then made me an appointment at the other location for me without any hesitation I appreciate the great customer service experience and getting me taking care of on such short notice thank you thank you and to all the Mavis employees for your hard work.

Excellent custom service. Bryan was especially helpful when I needed new tires. He offered me the most cost effective option that would not only keep me satisfied but what was also best in the long run. My car drives and looks brand new! 10/10

Very efficient, friendly service. The employees there were very welcoming and helped me service my car quickly. Great prices and overall what I look for in a place of business overall. The woman working the front desk was cordial and everything operated smoothly. Got new tires, balanced, alignment, new oil change all for a really really good price! I am so thankful that I have a local tire shop to call my own! The technicians are knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant with every visit. I really appreciate the time they take to inform me about services needed and prioritize them so that I know which need my attention immediately. Special shout-out to Brian who I always see exercising great customer service even when issues arise with multiple customers at once!!

The reps were respectful, friendly, honest, and completed my service in a timely matter. I experienced a slow air leak with my rear tire and that patched it up for around $30! I would definitely be returning for services in the near future. Waiting in the lobby was nice as well!

My “check tire” came on so I stopped by to have my tires checked. I was missing two valve caps. No major problems with my tires. They just needed air and the valve caps. Wonderful, friendly service! Honest appraisal of my issues. No attempts to sell me something I didn’t need. No charge for replacing my valve caps. I am so glad that Mavis has opened this location close to my home. They will definitely get my business in the future!

I went in yesterday for a tire Balance & Rotation. I was told a wait time of 3 hrs and waited 4. This sucked but oh well. The worst part was that when I went home to do an oil change I saw that snapped a wheel lug and didn’t say anything. I have tan interior and they left that dirty also.
