We know buying a used car, especially a Rebuilt used car, you may never know what you get so we went with their recommendation of getting the vehicle inspected by our own mechanic. 6 months later, the car is as good as new! PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND DO NOT BUY A CAR WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION FIRST!! We were interested in purchasing a vehicle from this location. We were aware before we looked at the vehicle of its reconstructed title history, but were attracted to the price of the vehicle so we thought we would go check it out. First off you can only have one driver at a time test drive the car- which is weird enough. We ended up the vehicle, but refused to move forward without having inspected first. THANK GOD THAT WE DID. If you are rebuilding a car to sell to buyers then you should make sure the features you are advertising are up to par and actually work. Upon inspection from a certified dealership that manufactures these cars they found a creaky wheel, blind spot monitoring not working, car was pulling to the right, fuel pump code, and the brakes at 20-40% capacity. The sketchiest part about all of this is that when we viewed the car there was 8,000 miles on the odometer, and when it was brought to the dealership the paperwork said 15,000 miles. UMMM WHAT? You mean to tell me in the 10 days that you had the car between when we saw it and the inspection 7,000 miles were put on it? This led us and after talking to Mazda believe that the odometer was manipulated. We went into negotiation and they only offered to come down $1,900 in price and fix the blind spot monitoring. They also wouldn't let us choose a place to have the PA inspection done either once the repairs were fixed which I find weird. Are they paying someone off to pass these cars? We had a really bad feeling overall. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 2016 Acura MDX from a lovely dealership, and when we mentioned this companies name to the sales manager of the company we bought from he shook his head and told us he has heard this many times.

Bought a BMW from Max’s auto and the customer service could not have been any better! If there were 5+ stars I would give it! Will definitely do business again there!

Great local family owned company with awesome customer service and honesty... Not worried about pushing a sale out the door, as much as concerned with what the customer vehicle needs are for daily use... A lot of inventory not updated online but seem like the LOT is FULL every time we stopped in during my search for vehicles for my employees for my construction company...
