I absolutely love working for Maxim. I have been here 6 years now and I could not be happier. The staff is so team oriented and friendly. I started with Maxim during a transitional time in my life, not meaning to stay. BUT I love it so much---I'm still here!!

I want to know the policy regarding hiring Maxim staff... If Someone is going to buyout a nurse contract, can that nurse still work the remaining presched shifts she has? Is this a corporate policy that she can not fulfill her obligation of her presched shifts? Even if it is one or two shifts the following week...

I have been with Maxim for four months, and I genuinely enjoy working with great people. I have met great individuals and if the lines of communication are open everyone will succeed. It has been a pleasure working with a great company.
