Good place! We lived there for two years and enjoyed it. Guest parking would be the only concern I have. The community there is outstanding, and concierges are super nice, friendly and helpful.

It's a old fashion and classy looking building. From the inside the lobby you feel great and proper. The front deck ladys are very nice, very welcoming, helpful with everything. The condo is also very close to the park. One of the great places to live in midtown Atlanta.

We loved living here. The concierge staff are extremely pleasant! Location is perfect and we were very sad to leave.

The condos are beautiful and the building is well maintained. I enjoyed my visit to the friend living there. I would love to purchase one of the condos myself. Though I'm scared of heights, the building made it feel ok to be so high up.

Best value for your money in midtown. Can’t beat the location or the quality of the buildings construction.
