I have used this local company a few times and they do great work. Darren and Susan are very polite, they have great communication and have always gone the extra mile in helping us. Honest and hard working, they arrive when they say they will and have always been respectful of our house and areas they are working in laying towels or mats down, etc. I would recommend them to anyone! This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. However, the last two times I have called, the receptionist turns me away and says that their schedule is too full and they cannot help me. This is quite a disappointment from a loyal customer who has used this company many times over the years. I am very disappointed.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for a contractor than I can give for May’s Plumbing Works. I have been using them for thirteen years from simple things like a gas leak, clogged pipes, and leaky faucets to major renovation projects like installing a new kitchen/bath and sump pump system. I find this company to be fairly priced and highly dependable. Darren is the owner and is a perfectionist. He will go out of his way to make sure the job is done right. He has always been willing to make emergency visits at inconvenient times. Susan runs the office and keeps everything organized. She is very accessible and makes sure that your issues are addressed in a timely manner.
