Worst middle eastern food we have had in the area. Quite expensive for the measly portions that were served. All food was basic, especially the Babaganoush tasted bad. Not coming back.
Visiting Nashua for the day to get some errands done, and picked this place out of the list of nearby restaurants on Google maps. They had a few tables and chairs on the walkway outside so we sat there. It was quite a nice meal. Everything we had was delicious and fresh. Absolutely no critiques, feedback, or complaints other than it would have been nice to see more folks eating here!
Pretty nice Mediterranean classics like kibbeh, lamb/beef and chicken gyro, stuffed grape leaves, shawarma, and pitas. Overall the food was nice, especially the moujadara. The kibbeh was a little bland, but the tahini sauce with it was bright and nice. Very friendly staff as well.
Chicken shwarma and beed kofte platter didn't have the flavor, could have been much more better. Rice and lentil were so hard to eat becuse they had many bits of overcooked grains. Platter comes with 2 sides and a warm pita bread. However sides are too small and if you want additional side it costs around $2.5. I think the cost is a bit much for an okay-ish food. The restaurant looked clean as well as the restrooms. There is no music playing and you can hear the TV. There is good variety of choices on the menu. It is a not bad place but we expected more.
Today we stumbled on Maza, a Mediterranean joint opened recently on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH. We went for dinner and ordered a Beef & Lamb Gyro plate and a Lamb Kofta Kabob plate. The plate comes with 1 pita bread, 3 sides and a Tzatziki sauce. We saw them making fresh pita bread right near the serving counter. For the sides, we got wheat & lentil bulgar, an eggplant dish and roasted veggie. Everything was very tasty; specially I loved the wheat and lentil bulgar. The restaurant was quite busy but had a comfortable setting. I hope that they will keep up their great food quality. This is a good place to drop by for a cheap and tasty meal!
The food taste fine but its healthy though, the ambiance is good and the sides are tasty which adds flavour to the main dishes. price is also reasonable and the employees are good. Over all the experience was moderate.
I was looking for a quick and healthy meal and Maza delivered. I ordered the beef and lamb gyro plate with brown rice, whole wheat pita, a tomato and cucumber salad, and baked eggplant. It can be confusing when you walk in but go to the left along the wall to order. There’s a huge board with all of the offerings but I think it could be helpful to list the sides. The flavor was there and I was pretty happy with my meal.
Awesome food. Freshly baked pita bread. You can ask them to make you some fresh bread to take home with you. One of the freshest food I had in a while. The staff is friendly. The kafta was perfect. And the hummus is to die for.
The food was delicious. It has a chipotle style setting of serving . The service was fast and the place is clean suitable for seating with family
I have to say, I love the food. The falafel is really delicious and the hummus is really tasty. HOWEVER, this place needs a customer service makeover. The man with the gold tooth served us and he seemed completely out of it. He was confused and kept looking all around and seemed like a fish out of water. We ended up waiting to pay for almost five minutes while these three guys chatted behind the counter completely ignoring us. The couple who was behind us ended up angrily leaving due to waiting too long to even be able to place an order. This dinner which was supposed to be a casual and relaxing quick bite to eat turned into listening to these three guys screeching loudly to each other and the cherry on top was seeing this guy sweep the floor and then the table and then the floor again. How is that good restaurant hygiene. Four stars for the food but no stars for the awful ambience.
