I received excellent advice when I called to report a temperature warning symbol on my Mini. I was told to have it towed to the repair shop. Great advice as there was no coolant! It saved my engine and I’m grateful!

After 5 years of the worst service experience at Bethesda Land Rover jaguar, I was trying to find an honest and knowledgeable shop to service my jaguar f type. I found it at MB Auto. They worked with me to develop a service schedule for my very low mileage car. Prices were half that of the dealer. Very pleased, indeed.

It was 90 degrees outside and my a/c was failing. MB Automotive had it repaired by the afternoon and kept me updated as the repair progressed. What's important to me is they also did all the other maintenance work so the whole system is pristine. And although they work on high end cars, they didn't blink at my 2013 VW.

In a word, exceptional. I am an automotive enthusiast who has spent 20+ years working on my own vehicles. I am now coming to the point that I don't enjoy it as much anymore, so I sought a competent and honest shop that could do the work for me. This shop was referred to me by another MB owner, who I knew was also very meticulous and knowledgeable. I met Imal and told him that my car had a few issues I would like him to remedy. He quickly understood my understanding of vehicles and explained to me the likely issues I was having. It was clear to me that he had an intricate knowledge of the M278 engine in my vehicle; that kind of knowledge is extremely rare out side of the MB dealership. I contracted all of the work with him, and he did a flawless job. Beyond that, he provided me with a loaner car to use while he had my vehicle for the 2 days. Since he knew I cared, he showed me the old parts he had removed and the issues these parts had. The quality of work is 10/10. Imal's knowledge and professionalism is 10/10. Their pricing was very fair given the scope of work I had done. I give MB Automotive Services my highest recommendation.

Had a great experience. Emal went over and above to make sure that my vehicle was in excellent working order. Went in for AC repair and got other problems fixed. Definitely will go back to MB Automotive _. Emal is a super mechanic and Awesome to work with.
