Does not even deserve one star. Wait times are extremely long, 2-3 hours wait. Poor customer service! Workers are not friendly. People come ready to take a drug test and they sit and wait for hours.

I have been here twice. Both times the waited for over an hour for a urine test. There are so many peope working but not doing anything. They will let you sit there and try not to make eye contact so they dont have to help you. The "physician" didn't communicate clearly. She made it seem as if everything was great. Only to leave the discharge nurse to give me bad news. The the admin/intake lady was rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location if I can help it.

Slow as can be you have appointment and and then you awalys have to waite 45min to houre then they take you back and spend more time waiting for dr and nurses if I had my choice I would go somewhere eles where not every time u come u spend hour to hour and half waiting for Dr to spend 5 min in a room with you

If I could give zero 0 stars, I went for a drug test. And have to wait 2hrs and the test took less than 4 minutes! How this is possible Still wouldn’t recommend.

This is not a legit drug testing center I came out here for a job from Colorado I'm a union pipefitter I had to do a pre employment drug test when I came in I stated that I have a prescription that should be notated Incase it shows up the girl doing the test said no we won't need it ..I go in morning to do orentation for the job and was pulled out saying my drug test was sent to lab for further testing going on day 4 no job no results back from lab which like I said I have a prescription for won't even allow me to speak with their MRO trying to get union contractors to stop using this place

I was here a little while, but nothing too out of the ordinary for a doctor's visit. Jasmine not sure spelling was very kind and facilitating. Thank you MBI for being professional and courteous

Front desk employees are rude and dismissive. Long wait times and poor communication.

Clean and orderly facility, friendly staff, PT with Ashton was great, will recommend.

Extremely slow don’t understand what took 2 hours for a simply urine test when it’s not even busy

Terrible. They set 0 expectation of wait time. I would have gone to a different location but I ended up having to having a family member pick up my daughter. Pro tip. Let customers know the potential wait time or use a 'now serving' ticket system. People have lives outside.
