Normally my experience at McAlister's has been very good. Until today, the sandwich on the left came from the Lakeshore location. It didn't have any bacon and I asked for white bread not wheat. The sandwich on right came from the Downtown location. It's supposed to be the Club, but what I received was 2 pieces of bread with mostly ham. I had to ask for my bacon, pickles, and there's no tomatoes.... what's going on? No more weekends for me! Stick eating there to during the week!
Was excited to visit this location for the first time. The cashier Kristina was nice, patient and helpful. The restaurant was also nice and clean. The kitchen staff were loud and very chatty with one another about the customers waiting inside the kitchen and walked in and out getting drinks and going to the restroom while there were several tickets up and customers waiting and picking up orders. I heard one man from the kitchen ask "why are they standing there?" and the guy expediting the orders answered "they are waiting on food". The expeditior had several customers orders sitting in the corner instead of passing them out. Myself and others had to walk up to the counter to ask for orders that were ready but being stored in the corner to get cold. I waited for 25 minutes + . The manager that was present never came over to assist or try to speed along the process. Looking into the kitchen, several of the staff were looking out into the lobby commenting on pretty women coming in and out instead of preparing orders. I believe this is the culture at this location, so I would try a different location for better and faster service. Food was good but prepared rather sloppy. Kristina our cashier was the only good thing about our visit.
The half sandwich I received was a sad thing. Very disappointed especially after being in the hospital all day with a I’ll family member. I would have done better getting a sandwich from the hospital cafeteria.
Relative in the hospital but will not be getting a room tonight and so i decided to eat dinner with sibling before I left. However at 7:30 they decided to close the lobby so you couldn't dine in. Their reason for doing so is they like to close off the lobby closer to closing time. Which is understandable, but they were not closing for another 2 1/2 hours. So we had to find somewhere to sit and eat.
The food is good and the location is in walking distance of the hospitals.
Food is good but the service atrocious! The girls taking your order is more interested in talking on her cell phone then taking your order correctly. Hit or miss getting what your ordered. Spent over 100 dollars an nothing was correct!
I just wanna give thanks to each and every person in mcalister's that took the time to help me with ordering my food. I didn't have to wait long and my food looked and tasted perfect. I will be back.
My Food was really good and fresh and Customer service was top tier so I just want to thank everyone for their amazing customer service along with getting my food out fast. I will definitely be coming more often.
Bruh didn’t even want to take my order fr then he hung up in my face talking about “we’re busy right now” I rather for him to just let the phone ring like all the other restaurants do for that. Im sick with the flu, so I was sending someone to get my food. That’s why I called and yes I said “Bruh” cause he my kind and im tryna keep it cute for this review cause he pmo!
