McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation

I assume they're reasonably competent at the technical part of their business and the decor is what you'd expect for a funeral home. That part isn't hard to get right. I didn't care for the director putting so much emphasis on trying to tell people to keep their comments short. There weren't that many people speaking and there wasn't another funeral after ours. I contemplated telling him to eff himself. Something on cable he didn't want to miss? Try not to make it so obvious this is just a business to you.

We thank you so much for the love and care you gave our dog ginger when we used your services for her cremation. You all went above and beyond our expectations and we will recomend you to everyone. They treated our pet as a member of the family in every way and we were greatly impressed by all they offered for ys abd our beloved dog. Thank you !

Our daughter passed away unexpectedly. We were greeted by Ms Hunt. She introduced us to Mr. Bernie Putnam. They were professional and together made our situation most bearable. I have nothing but high marks for them. I would highly recommend Mcalister-Smith.

In spite of being one of the worst days of my life, this place was the best. Mary was on point with us. She was outstanding and let us know what options we have for the cremation of our beloved (dog) Scooter. Really helped us get through such a tough time and process. Highly recommend!!!!!
