Great place great staff

I have worked at McCrossan Boys Ranch for 15 years now. It is amazing the number of life changes I have seen over those years. I am truly thankful that a place like this exists to help boys in need. They really do provide "New Hope for a Better Life."

I had a family member that went there for nearly 2 years and actually left with worse behaviors than he went there for in the first place. Thankfully he was transferred. The supervision is lacking, as there are things that happened to him on several occasions with several other boys there that should've never happened had the kids been strictly supervised 24 hours a day. We found out about these incidents after he left. The unit he was housed in was old, dingy and smelled musty. I would recommend looking into other homes if you have the choice.
