Working with the team here was a refreshing experience. My Attorney Joe Prieksat and Case Manager Elizabeth kept open communication always asking me how I was doing throughout the recovery process and after. The client portal was easy to use and very organized keeping everything in one spot instead of going through a personal email. When talking through the process my team was very through in making sure everything was understood, while keeping it simple. I would recommend McDivitt and my team to family and friends if the need was there.

I had a work related injury and was neglected by my employer at the time. I called a few law firms to gather more information about how I can and should proceed. McDivitt seemed the most sincere and caring about my case, luckly for me. I was to countless doctors who worked for the workers comp insurance and they kept saying I was fine, I and everyone I know knew I was not. They suggested that I see a dime doc and he was excellent, Tim hall really cares about the people that step into his office. He makes sure your accomindations are accompanied. Also Melissa my case manager was helping me with any concerns or questions. Carl was great and firm when he needed to be with the insurance company. Thank you guys, you rock

This law firm is absolutely amazing and really do care. The lawyer I worked with, Edward Lomena was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard on my case. He was supportive throughout the whole process and was very helpful. He honestly cares about his clients and their well-being. I am extremely grateful and thankful for all the time and hard work he put into my case. His paralegal Maddie was also extremely helpful and kind. They are awesome and such a great team to work with. They were there when I needed the help with my claim and really did everything they could to help me through the whole process.

I hired McDivitt law firm after my husband and grandparents kept persisting I hire an attorney after my car accident. Since the car accident caused severe issues for my shoulder. I have always seen McDivitt commercials and know they do great things for the community. So as soon as I had enough nagging I called McDivitt. And am so glad I did! Stephen Longo and Elisabeth Pearce we assigned my case. Both of them were outstanding! They would check on me, and any questions they would respond promptly too and answer thoroughly! Stephen & Elisabeth were a great team to work with and guided me every step of the way. This was my first time ever dealing with an attorney and I have to say both of them made it an excellent experience!
