Line is always backed up o to the public road. Employees not smart enough to serve a nasty pre made burger. 20 minutes to get to the speaker another 10 to get a simple drink. Easier to go to the grocery store

I use their app to pre-order once I got there, went in to use the restroom and by the time I was done my food was ready. Really speedy. And they got my order right. I highly recommend their app also as I got to double cheeseburger and a drink for $1 because of their daily deals

I have gone to this McDonald's for the last 3 or 4 times and EVERY time either they forget an item or mess up the order in general. I understand being busy, but you still always give your best. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this was the last time I will be going there.

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday evening!! Normally I'll use a digital coupon and a digital McCafe punch card. Every time I hear "that might not work" from an employee it is so annoying cause if they actually paid attention to training they would know how it works!! I'm sure Sandra, the best trainer will teach you! :

I don't eat fast food often, but as a kid I don't remember it being a complicated experience. This staff is the worst. The few times I've been here, almost every time they have completely messed up my order. Missing sandwiches, wrong orders, etc. It's a joke.
