McDonald's

It was my daughters graduation so we wanted to celebrate at mcMcDonald a very classic place for any occasion. Upon arrival the place was filthy. The play area was so dirty and disgusting I didnt want my children playing in there. We had requested a clean up of the one of the long tables and this is where the problem started. The assistant manager made NO attempt to clean the play room all the tables were filthy and sullied with "who knows what" the garbages were both full to the brim people stacked trash upon trash, Mind you the place was not very busy at all. The assistant manager decided to go for a smoke break after not doing what we asked giving my family dirty looks. We go to order and it just seemed like none of the staff wanted to work everyone seemed so frustrated. Mind you the assistant manager made it clear that the play area closes at 9pm and yet this was not instructed to anyone else but MY family and she still made ZERO effort to clean the area for us. We decided to migrate outside of the play area and everything was filthy the tables chairs and drink machine were a mess. Upon departure from such a horrible eating condition an entire fresh bag of cup lids were hurled from the line nearly striking my son in his face, there were also another child there as well. I looked at my son dead in the face and said "we got to get out of here!" No apologies were made or anything until I spoke and asked "how come you're throwing things? We come to give you business and this the treatment we get?" Mind you the manager blatantly lied and said the manager was not present. The guy named Frank tried to justify his anger towards MY FAMILY due to an angry customer. If this was the case then why throw something at us? My family was nothing but nice and they made a decent amount off of our patronage only so we can be treated worse than the garbage in the play area. I have been to hundreds of McDonald's in my life and was never treated so harshly.

Ordered a quarter pounder and it was so pink Tht it was bloody. Then they forgot my wifes order.

They have a whole new meaning to fast food. A Big Mac meal took nearly 10 minutes, and then the fries were all but cold. Apparently they don't know how to handle all of the things they have on their menu now. They should probably go back to just burgers and fries.

This is my girlfriends account but I just went to McDonald's today on SE Wyoming Blvd and first they didn't give us our 2 large fries but that got figured out they told us come back and we'll give you them to you so we go back usually when you say plain no cheese it's just burger and bun they put cheese but have it marked plain stupid not going to your McDonald's again

The food was hot and tasty. My soda tasted horrible. We used the drive thru and were not waited on in order. This is typical at most visits. The employees and friendly but not well trained in customer care or making change.
