I stood at the front of the store fir 15 min as the whole crew only filled and took orders for the drive through there were others who had come back because their orders were wrong waiting for someone to just notice us there. If I could Gove no stars I would. They seemed to be oblivious to the lobby line.

I work in the shopping center close to the store.  I get a 30 minute lunch.  I use the app to save money, but they are constantly so slow that I barely have time to eat. Today, I spent my entire lunch waiting to get to the window to get my food and still was not able to get it when my lunch was over.  I had to return to my 9 hour shift without eating.  When I called to speak with manager, the person answering the phone apparently has not been trained how to answer a business phone.  They couldn’t care less about the issue.  It’s fast food, but it’s poor management leading even poorer staff.  And this is not a 1 time problem.  It constantly happens at this location.

This McDs is the worst in VB! They can’t get their act together. Today, on Sunday the service was slow. Only two senior citizens working  in the whole store. The lady serving had the sniffles and was holding a snot rag in the same hand with food she was serving. With no gloves! Absolutely disgusting! She contaminated everything visible from the drive thru window.

Food was normal McDonald's quality. Window people were nice. They got my order edits right. Even got a free drink because the person in front of me refused it for whatever reason. Went through drive-thruFood: 4/5

Unfortunately I have waited more than 40 in the drive through at least 5 times in the last few months. They will only have 1 window open  the same to order and get food and this wait is starts with maybe 5 cars ahead of me. Today I waited 30 min and only 4 cars were handled before I gave up. I have learned my lesson and will not be going back.

Do not go for lunch if you want to get your food within 10 minutes, because you won't, unless you're a regular, then apparently they know your name and order and give it to you ahead of everyone else. Meanwhile all us "other" people are waiting for our food even though we ordered before them.  Update April 13,2020-went here again for lunch why, I'll never know had to go through drive thru, they were backed up which is fine what wasn't great was my fries, my large was barely filled to the little dip in the carton see picture

McDonald's is on the outskirts, I've been eating there for 2 months, it's closest to my place of work. The quality of the food has never let me down, I eat inside the buildingFood: 5/5

Great location, didn't even know this restaurant was here. I stood for a minute when I first got there, but when someone notice my family they came over. Some of the staff was hanging out by the restrooms at a table so it seemed like they were used to being a little more relaxed, which may have caused a slight delay. Over all a good experience.

The McDonald's on Princess Anne Road by the Virginia Beach Courthouse does a great job. My two chocolate labs, Maxwell and Cooper love their ice cream. We stop by for cones on a regular basis. The staff always has kind words for the dogs and sometimes even a biscuit. Their ice cream machine works like a champ. I hope I didn't jinx anything.  Wheelchair accessibility: McDonald&#39;s is ADA compliant and it seems like more. It&#39;s easy to navigate the dining room in a wheelchair or walker. However, the drive thru is easier.
