McDonald's

It was open Christmas Eve and had fresh fries and the ice cream machine works. 10/10’gonna pull up again. Trust I’ll be back for the bundles of fries :

This is a small mcdonalds inside of a gas station. They have a drive thru and a decent amount of seats even though it's small if you plan on eating in. The crew were pretty fast and kind and the place was very clean including the bathrooms. It looks they might have just been remodeled a couple years ago because the style and furniture are more modern.

This is probably the worst and rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The first time I went she tried to charge me two dollars for one extra sauce!! Like ma’am I worked at a McDonald’s for a year I know what’s an overcharge and I know you’re not supposed to be charging for one extra sauce!!!! McDonald’s can only charge people when it’s a crazy amount of sauce! Then the next time I go I asked for my mocha frappe extra blended. I get it and of course it’s not extra blended. I asked her did they do extra blended and she said no we can’t do that. I know when McDonald’s people are lying to me because I told her I worked at McDonald’s and she just close the door on me. It’s the same lady everytime at the window when I come!! Never again.

I placed a mobile order and used the drive through for pick up. When I got to the window I was told the payment was down and I had to pay again. I find this odd but pay the lady with the same card I used for my mobile order. She gives me my receipt and I go to the second window. There were two women there and they had serious attitudes. They tried to give me the wrong order. The girl gets incredibly snotty and asks what I had, I tell her and I get my food. I drive down the street and look at my receipt to find that I was charged for someone elses order. So not only did my mobile order get charged as it should, I was forced to pay for someone elses order entirely. Those three incompetent women need to apologize for ripping me off then treating me terribly because of their own mistakes. I will be requesting a refund for the food I was forced to pay for and obviously did not order nor receive. Get you staff together.

Literally no point in using the app other than Mcd's laying off employees. Doesn't speed up your order. Still had to wait in the drive through overflow line.Food: 4/5

Half of food was hot, half was cold, half was soggy. I know ... it's McDonalds, what do I expect right? Food that is the same temperature would be a nice start. I have eaten here during every meal, at every time of day, delivery, and take out. Take out I always have to wait off to the side because they have to 'make' something special. Delivery, something is ALWAYS wrong with the order. Tonight I didn't even get my drink, double quarter pounder had no cheese, and my fries were not only half full, but soggy and unsalted. The only reason I stop here now is because it is on the way to work.

Once again this location shows why it's the worst possible McDonald's to visit. 10 minutes I waited in the drive thru just to have a rude lady tell me she will have my total at the second window when I get to the window I notice 3 cars parked and waiting for there food. 10 more minutes I waited for them to give me a total and pay for my order same rude lady just stared at me instead so I left. They should just shut this place down and build a place that actually sells food

*Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. I've been living near this area for about over 2 years. As usual, the cashiers in the drive through, not all of them, are careless. Also, always check your bag before driving off, they always forget to bag my BBQ sauce and ketchup. The fries are soggy, breakfast can be carelessly made. But I only come here because my boyfriend loves McDonald's food. *10/25/20 update, the renovated the outside building and now it's a two lane drive through. I ordered a few items from here for the family for dinner. When I got home and opened the mcchicken it's missing the chicken patty. I call the restaurant and spoke to Oscar. He called me a liar and told me there is no way that could have happened because there are two managers working in the kitchen. Why would I lie about something that only costs $1? Seriously!! Horrible customer service.
