I was impressed today with the McDonald's app within 5 minutes ordering online I walked in and picked up my food. I was so surprised I didn't have to wait 10 minutes to get my food or longer.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant BY FAR. I pulled into the drive through at 10:50 if not earlier. There was no one in line. The lights were all still on, so I said hello in case the employees hadn’t realized someone was in line. No response. I went to the other lane in case the one I was in was broken. Also no response. Eventually at 11, when they close, they turned the menu lights off at the drive through and I saw the employee working the drive through lane immediately leave. I totally understand how hard it is to work in a fast food restaurant, I have worked at one myself. But they clearly ignored me so that they wouldn’t have to serve another person, despite the restaurant not closing for another 10 minutes. I am a nurse and I get off very late at night typically after not eating anything all day. This was very disappointing. If you don’t want to serve another customer, at least let them know instead of ignoring them.

This is the closest McDonald’s by my house and I come here quite often. I came here today to get some lunch for my boyfriend and daughter and I. They were getting pretty busy and I had to wait a minute in line to get to the pay window. Once I got my food, I didn’t check the bag until I got home which was my mistake. I ordered two happy meals and didn’t even receive the other drink which was a juice box and I also didn’t receive my apples for one, another issue was I didn’t get any of my sauce I asked for n I asked for another burger to be plain. Wasn’t very happy when I got home.

They were very rude and disrespectful when calling out order numbers. We didn’t even get all of our food and drinks before they kicked us out of the building. I ordered a smoothie, not knowing their smoothie machine was broken, and they didn’t refund me or anything, so I just ended up getting a soda instead. One girl spilled an entire mop bucket and instead of getting the water cleaned up, she kind of pushed it around and mopped a bit but the floor was still very wet. I understand that service jobs like this are difficult sometimes, but my God this was my worst McDonald’s experience ever.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds the automated drive-thru cold and faulty, but when it messes up and you eventually get a live crew member, this location couldn't care less about the people that come through. You can tell they don't want to be there. Also, this location was out of smoothies and they had no idea if it was a location issue or a corporate supply one. ‍ I found out it was a location issue and got smoothies at another one. No biggie, but it is the little things that truly make a difference. I feel like we're losing our humanity more and more each day for the sake of profits.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Food on the walls and seats. Trash overflowing. They didn’t give drinks with the food. Our order was wrong. A burger was undercooked. One bun seemed to be soaked in pickle juice. Staff were rude. Incredibly bad experience. How is this place allowed to remain open? A health inspection would probably shut it down if not McDonalds.

I rarely go to McDonald’s, but decided to give it a try today. I regret that, and don’t plan on coming back soon… This photo is what was supposed to be a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I wanted to send it back but was in a hurry and didn’t have time.

Very poor service. They consistently forget items that you order. The food is cold half of the time. And they consistently fill your fries and drinks only half way full.

I was in line before their closing time of 11 pm. I had probably gotten in like at 10:45 maybe 10:5] When I got to the speaker which was right at 11 they turned off their lights and menus they didn't even come on the speaker to say they were closed. People who were in line before close should have been helped before they closed. It is not our fault they were slow.

The grease or something was off. Our chicken nuggets and fries tasted like cooked pork. Not very tasty. Staff was kind though and we didnt complain. Ice cream machine wasnt available either.
