I used the app to place a mobile order with curbside pickup. I waited for 15 minutes while I watched car after car use the drive thru. When my order did come out, the man did not speak or even smile. He completely ignored me when I asked about a missing Happy Meal & drink. When I went inside the employee at the counter greeted me and gave me the missing items. I appreciate her so much. Unfortunately our food was hardly warm after that long wait and combined with the attitude from the first employee we will no longer be visiting this location.
I often order through the app, occasionally doing drive-thru, pickup, or in store. My order is pretty consistent, and I find it has rarely been messed up except for times when I forget changes on the app. Drive-thru experiences are good, there is an old lady there who is very sweet to me each time I go. Curbside is pretty good well as well. I don't wait long, even when plenty of the other spots are full. I think in store tends to be the longest I've ever waited for my pickup orders, so I don't do it too often unless I'm getting something small and fast. When it comes to the food it's usually good quality, but there are times where I wish I was given fresher fries. :< Otherwise, Greta service!!
This is by far my absolute favorite McDonalds. The team here is very kind and caring. The food is delicious. I drive clear across town just for quality that this McDonalds and team offers. Great customer service consistently. Prairie Meadows is blessed to be in the same block as this place.
9:30 am on Sunday morning. They park 4 cars in a row. I was number 4. Didn't order anything unusual....number 6 with large drink. Took 10 minutes before any of us got our food.......and my hash brown was cold. Only 2 other cars came thru the drive thru during this time If they can't make menu items in a timely manner, maybe they should change the menu to something they can handle. I would fire everyone working there and start over!!
We ate lunch here yesterday. Ordering was easy, food was quick and delicious. They have a play place here for children and it was packed with kids and grandparents that brought the kids out for lunchFood: 5/5
Awful service. Tried to give the lady in the drive through the benefit of the doubt the last time she was rude when I got breakfast. I made the wrong decision. Our food wasn't wrapped, coffee made wrong on multiple occasions, missing food. I'll drive further to go to a different location.Food: 1/5
I will go to ANY McDonald’s other than the location on 132nd and maple simply because of that stupid robot taking orders in the drive through. It has messed up my orders multiple times and I’ve paid for stuff I didn’t even order. It’s a scam and I refuse to go to that location anymore. Praying that this is not something all locations will start doing.
The nuggets were good as well as the French fries they were fresh.The apple pies were not good at all. The time on the Apple pies were 8:06 am of 5/22/22 I made my way to McDonald’s around 8pm being served apple pies that were sitting for 8 hours. They were burnt and the filling was very hard, even heating the warm apple pies up didn’t make it better just harder.
Why am i Paying almost 5 dollars for a iced coffee and it’s not presenting the way that the picture looks but everybody else’s behind me was present at the right way that’s a rip off
The person who was taking my order and delivered my food to my table, Daiquiri, she has got to be one of the nicest McDonald’s employees I have ever seen. I told her I was getting a happy meal just for the Pokémon cards and she triple checked making sure I got them and she did it all with a smile and a positive attitude. Why can’t all McDonald’s people be like her!
