McDonald's

I ordered with the app and expecify the way I want the burger for me and my kids. Well everything wrong. Even the soda was flat. No sauce for nuggets. Even though it was o. The receipt. They miss some fries on a happy meal. On top of that when I ask for the missing stuff employees where on The phone texting... No wonder why the don't pay attention to the orders. Avoid this place. Can I give them 0 stars??

McDonalds is great right. But this place lately has lost quality. I tried to sandwiches and both were not up to expectations. Just didn't taste right. Maybe it was the stale bread. But it is one of the few McDonalds with a play place left. Have a great day and hopefully you get a better meal than I did.

The Ice cream machine never works. I call everytime to see if it works and their answer is "It broke down today". Always mess up my order. Food is always cold and the fries are nasty. I went through the drive thru and tried to add something to my order the cashier told me that I had to get out the drive thru and wait in line to add a drink to my order!!! Manager was extremely rude and gave me attitude when I asked for ranch. Said i had to order nuggets when in fact I had ordered nuggets. Had to show him the receipt and he gave me a handful of ranch and one was open! If I could give this place a negative 5 star I would in a heartbeat.

Every time I drive past THIS location I am honestly blown away that there is ever a drive thru line. In fact I feel really bad for people waiting in line knowing that this locations kitchen is FILTHY. Two of my buddies used to work here and they said there were so many health code violations it was insane: water leaks, black mold, the stairs that go to the basement freezer were caving in, no one ever changed the deep fryer grease, they use old or expired food, and they have roaches. Probably why they were shut down for a while. Not to mention they are constantly out of stock on various items. The last time I went they didn't have hamburger meat. Just go anywhere else. Anywhere but here. Its gross.

This place is really dirty inside all the time. I will focus more on the service and the facility rather than the food as the food is the same as in any other McDonalds. The sitting area is always dirty. The service is ok except when they put your order together. I lost count how many times they messed up my orders and they have about 5 people perhaps looking at the order screens and they still screw up the orders. They usually gave me someone else's order and I found out when I get home. Trusting these guys to put the order together right. But no they for the most part don't do it right.
