Stopped in and pulled up to the first window because I'm hearing impaired. The window worker was angry and told me I had to get back in line. I kept trying to explain I'm hearing impaired. She refused to take my order and shut the window on me. Discrimination at its finest. Wheelchair accessibility: Let's talk about the hearing impaired!
This has to be the worst Mc Donald’s to pick up for Uber or Door Dash. I came inside to pick up a order. The male cashier with black nail polish, who wears glasses has the biggest attitude for no reason. I give him my Uber info. He gets upset. Talks under his breath with his flamboyant voice, pants saggin. Everyone in the store can see his underwear. This store has two problems, rude staff and their WiFi is down at least 3 days out the week. I’ve been picking up from here the last two weeks I’ve had to cancel 10 orders or more. I can understand the ice cream machine being down, but the WiFi too!!!! I’ve emailed Uber about this store. I will never pick up from this location ever again. Any delivery drivers who are reading this avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Forgot to mention the inside smells like feet.
Unfortunately, I had forgotten about the issues that I had with this exact same McDonald's before. Standing directly in front of the cash register, after the person in front of me had gotten their order. I attempted to place my order. The cashier in front of me pointed at the kiosk and said "order there". Then she proceeded to walk past me 3 or 4 times as I tried explaining to her that I would rather order at the register, because I had issues with the kiosk. Didn't matter, she completely ignored me. After waiting for someone else to come over, another employee just pointed at the kiosk and said order there. There was a manager, who I later found out was the supervisor who was in hearing and seeing distance, while all of this transpired, who completely ignored me as well. I walked back out to my truck and was pulling out when the manager walked out to the trunk of his car. I pulled up right next to him and he told me that he was the supervisor and not the manager. I explained to him what had occurred and mentioned that the people working there had absolutely no earthly idea what customer service was. He didn't offer to try and fix the problem and/or the situation. Someone from the crew offered to go pick up lunch and I asked them not to go to that particular McDonald's. Misunderstanding me, they thought that I wanted them to go there. Ordering 6 double cheeseburgers from the 3.29 mix n match menu, should have come to 9.87 plus tax. They charged them $16.74 instead. It just continues to get worse and worse. While waiting for my prescription to be filled, I decided to stop by this particular Mickeydees and grab something to eat. The inside was open, so rather than wait for the drive-through; which already had 6 cars in line, I decided to go inside. I counted 5, maybe 6 people working. One other customer came inside shortly after me. After standing directly in front of the cash register for approximately 10 minutes, if not longer and all staff membersincluding the manager completely ignoring me, even after making eye contact with them and generally trying too let them know that I wanted to order something to eat, I walked out in disgust. If you can't handle a minimal amount of business, then you shouldn't even bother opening your doors. I've worked in the food industry for a number of years and this was nothing but an abject disaster. Not once was I acknowledged, even when making eye contact and addressing at least 2 of the employees in a cordial manner. This was a complete and total failure on behalf of the management on hand and the franchisee as a whole. If I could give less than one star, they would receive the lowest ranking possible. Totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If you don't know how to manage your staff, or manage the business, then find another job. Best Fish Sandwich out of all Fast Food fish sandwiches, and the fries as well, never have I ever had better fries lol. Not gonna go into the drink, it’s a coke, I’m pretty sure we all had it. But yea I got all this for about $5 to $6 don’t remember but it was cheap. Definitely worth going
It was so packed due to the service being slow. They ran out of orange juice before 10 am!!Food: 5/5
Rude customer service. Called 6 times..Answered and didn’t say anything until the 6th call. Store says open but they weren’t. I asked if they were going to come take orders Because there were 4 cars that came through and waited the rep said “No, We’re closed” like he was annoyed. NOTHING SAID CLOSED. The speaker didn’t even have the automated “This store is closed” voice message. 3 cars parked at the store but it’s closed
It's McDonald's, hard to say there's a top McDonald's in the area but if there was I'd be sure to note it. Food was ok and not too coldFood: 4/5
Harris Ave....This place was a train wreck. You usually know what to expect when you stop at a Mcd's when traveling. This one was poorly operated. Came in around 11:15 am having skipped breakfast. Ordered the fish filet combo, through the kiosk, after standing at a register for 5 minutes...no one taking orders. Waited another 10 for my food, which I guess is not terrible...only to discover, all of the sodas..self serve are flat, no carbonation . Then to get to my car and find limp fries, a cool, stale bun and no tarter sauce. Called back later to suggest some improvements...no one answered. You are dead to me now, never again.
At the end of large Iced tea there was a roach floating in the bottom. That was it for me. Never again no cap.
Extremely rude workers, they talk to you with a lot of attitude. Some of the food was also cold.Food: 1/5
