Feeding people literal trash!!! I hate this restaurant chain and refuse to eat here myself but my 2 children are able to stomach this garbage. I won’t eat here considering everything on their menu literally is either injected with liquid sodium or liquid sugar and then dehydrated as this apple pie was and everything is simply a quick fix with no health benefit whatsoever. Elizabeth the manager on duty I spoke with when I finally arrived home, replied that she would only replace the items as long as I drove across town within 24 hours and as I live on the south end and simply stopped here to appease my children as a quick fix before stopping at the pharmacy and going home and I’m not scheduled to drive across town til Monday that doesn’t fit into my schedule for me. I explained to her that the young man at the window tried to have me park and wait for fresh apple pies with the knowledge I was willing to wait because of my extra errand and upper management which was probably Elizabeth herself made this executive decision. I chose this petty review over wasting my gas and literal garbage food for my money’s worth.
This McDonald's is by far the best out of the ones that I've been in the past. It is always clean. The cleaning lady working there on Saturdays is constantly cleaning the whole restaurant and everyone here is always so polite and friendly.
This place is a joke. They messed up my order so I asked for a replacement, the manager, Sonia, who lied and said her name was Maria then laughed asked for a receipt so I showed her. Then she asked for the burgers, which I didn't have, so I just bought more. That order was messed up too, so I called and let Sonia know and she tells me "well you don't check your food?" I told her that was her job to make sure my order is correct the second time especially after I'm paying for more. I gave her the second messed up order and she ignored me. I asked a gentleman the update on my burger and he said "what burger?". There's been more issues everytime but this one really got me frustrated. Sonia was RUDE. Another manager made it right though..
Every time I go to this McDonald's, they find a way to screw up my order. Whether is it late night, early evening, or breakfast, my order gets screwed up. I ordered through the app using my points for a free breakfast sandwich. I got there and they told me I owed even after taking my points. I told them I used the app for a free sandwich and they didn't accept it. They still ended up giving me the wrong order.
This is my favorite McDonalds for the fact that they have the largest area for kids to play. I can sit with the kids and when Im ready I can order food from my phone and then go get it when its ready. Its always clean. I feel like the food is always hot. Its become a meeting spot when Im in town because even when its busy I can still visit with others and not feel cramped.
Two kids meals: missing drinks. Quarter pounder meal asked for no onions and no pickles: had onions, had pickles and was pink in the center. Original chicken sandwich meal: missing fries. Asked for a few ranches: given one ranch, one sweet and sour, and one bbq. Beyond disappointing
Disclaimer I had never had McDonald’s food before... but my Order was made very quickly and was accurate, my one complaint was everybody had said how good the Big Mac was and I didn’t find it to be anything special the burger itself was pretty flat. The fries were tasty and the shamrock shake was awesome!
Ordered two Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwiches, and got dry, day old cold chicken with barely any sauce.
Ever since the pandemic my daughter has been begging to go play at a McDonald's play place. My husband asked an employee 2 weeks ago at this location when their play place would be open. He informed him it would been the following week. Today at 430 my husband tried to take our daughter to go play. As he walks up an tries to open the door it was locked. The lobby had people inside an had kids playing in the play place. When I tried to call I didn't get any answer. I've noticed it's starting to be a trend where McDonald's in our area are closing the lobby before it is stated. Can some one please tell me why? Also why lock the doors when there are people inside obviously eating an playing?
Parts of my order were not correct, and the parts that were had been prepared very sloppily. The burger was covered in grease so much that it was dripping. The bread was smashed. It was also wrapped so poorly that just from glancing in the top of the bag I was able to see the inside of the burger I got because they barely even attempted to wrap it. To top it all off, I was asked to pull around to the drive through space and wait for my order even though I was the only one there and having to wait for such a sloppy order is ridiculous. If I am going to be waiting, maybe take the time to scrape the grill off and at the very least take the time to package the order with care and attention.
