I've gone here on and off over 8 years. There hasn't been a single time they got my order 100 percent correct. Observe the "large" fries and burger I just pulled out of the bag. I haven't touched either. In the kids meal I subbed the apples for extra fries. They never put them in. I guess I should have been thankful they even got the toy. Do yourself a favor and go to the next one. Unless you enjoy eating your money...
Well. I ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter with what was supposed to be chicken nuggets. All I know is I got home and we had a box that clearly said 6 chicken nuggets, with 2 un known objects inside. Drive through was way too long for FAST food and order was wrong. So yup, will not be going back.
I haven't eaten at a McDonald's and probably over 3 years but I had to try to make rib because it's back Besides being almost $10 for a medium meal I was highly disappointed with the food The staff was great they got my order correct the line moved fast and I went through the drive-thru But that was crazy paying that much for the McRib sandwich Next time I think I'll stick with the crispy chicken or something
Order food for my kids and it took them 30 mins to receive my food. Staff is rude and don’t care about their customers. When I tried to get the employees attention, they ignored me and gave other orders out but not mine. Only when I ask for the manger I got my order. The manger doesn’t care how he runs his restaurant because he has kids working for him and they are so confuse and lazy. I will never come there again and it is sad how no body knows how to work these days and provide good quality customer service. The manager needs to quit because he doesn’t know how to run a business.
Night crew here during the week is slow, that or the manager on duty wasn't very good. Probably short staffed because the franchise doesn't want to pay people. This used to be one of the better locations in the area but lately it's gotten worse. Cold food on top of ha ingredients to wait forever.
I’m not happy at all This week I had two problems, one was that my husband ate a sandwich that caused him an allergy because the meat came in contact with the cardboard in the box, he had a trip out of town and unfortunately he could not return to claim, then today we paid for 3 hash browns and only got one also the sandwich looks opened, lousy service
Had to pull over from the drive through, no big deal... Except that they forgot the BBQ sauce, and my unsweetened tea was definitely sweet. And the burger looked like someone had already been gnawing on it. Their saving grace is of course the happy meal. So, the kiddos were happy.
Went inside so that my order didn't get messed up. However, it did. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese large meal with a fish sandwich. Had to wait for someone to take my order then tried to ring me up 2 quarter pounders then she finally got it right at $14.00 Got my large drink, quarter pounder, fish sandwich but no large fry. Every time I go there something is wrong. People their must be incompetent or just don't care.
Top block establishment. Clean and bright. Staff is cheerful, polite and courteous. Corporate should send the Parkville staff here for training. Been a few years since I've visited this McDonalds and unfortunately things has slipped including the neighborhood around it. Service was poor at best with counter person filling drive thru orders while trying to process walk ins. Atmosphere was very bland and not a single holiday decoration in sight. Staff was generally unattentive and I think would rather you wouldn't bother them.
slow, careless prep of the meals, just got a burger with bacon and had two little pieces im talking 3/8” by 3/8” each piece ridiculous… and had to wait for it there wasnt even a line… Management obviously is terrible.. not the first time i ahd a problem here but 1 out of 4 its time to just go somewhere else
