McDonald's

I was on the road. I went in for an iced coffee, it was a caramel iced coffee.. I don't normally have flavored coffees, it was okay! This McDonald's was actually kind of one of the nicer ones in the area of Stevens Creek boulevard I had to use the bathroom also which was very clean. A lot of parking..Was ample room for dining in or out. The location was near the Safeway. There's a Bill's restaurant there also. Kid-friendliness: I did not see a play area for children at this particular McDonald's if there was one it would have been behind it or inside somewhere but I didn't see anything like that there for children Parking: There's plenty of room for parking many slots are open that time of day it was kind of early 11:00 I believe.. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps going up onto the sidewalk the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to go in through I am not certain about some of the larger motorized wheelchairs but I believe that they're up to code. Dietary restrictions: I'd be guessing if I went into too much detail on this dietary subject because I did not really study the menu I was just in for a coffee and out with a Danish that was my diet that day.. Sorry!

I doubt there's some fishy things they hide in the bathroom here. The manager who worked at 9:30pm to 10:00 pm on Wednesday 26th October 2022 did not allow me to use the restroom as an act of discrimination he says he was the manager and started using racial slurs at me and cursing when I asked him why. He said he cleaned it that's why even though it's open he couldn't let anyone use it. He was chit chatting and giving away free food to someone parked outside. This is just a shame to McDonald's and as a human being to be so cheap and disguiting of a person. Never going here again

Ordered drinks for the car ride home. Only reason I gave 3 stars for service is because I ordered with the app before entering. Just 2 drinks and a fries. I walked in and a woman who came in and ordered in store got her food and drinks before I did. I felt like my order should have been completed first especially since it was very simple.

Should I be surprised there were tons of bad reviews about this particular McDonald's?? First of all, this is the very first food service place that the employees don't have gloves on especially during this time COVID-19. The french fries was not even hot or warm and a medium size drink was served inside my large size cup that I ordered???

Took overly long, in my opinion, to get me my drink that I ordered using the mobile app. Should have been no waiting since how much time does it take to get one drink for one customer? Perhaps there are not enough workers at that time to be efficient.Food: 5/5

It's just alright. Their soda fountain is behind the counter, the accuracy with which they fulfill orders varies, and it can get very busy. Food is good though.

They post their pat on the back awards in the front. But the restaurant is mediocre at best. Their fresh are almost always soggy. I always order a large meal, but for some reason they never give me more than 2 ketchup packets, and when I ask for a few more they give me a weird look and dramatically hand me a full handful. It's not much to ask for more than a single squirt of ketchup is it? My main issue is getting frustrated whenever I don't check my order when I get it, because when I dont there's usually something wrong with the orde. Like cold food, watered down drink, no napkins, having to ask for ketchup. Not ever all at one visit, but anything can be messed up with the oder, and then more often than not the employees look at me like I'm asking too much. . . It's very upsetting.

The delicious vanilla soft serve cone! Perfect for a hot day. Staff are friendly, service is prompt. They have tables outside to eat at, ample parking. Drive through is in the back.

We ordered for curbside pickup, a guy brought our order out, we said thanks, and he like completely ignored us. This was weird cause people at McDonald's are usually very nice. Maybe he lacks training or something.
