Used the mobile app to order, I have a card already set up on this account. The food was confirmed paid. Get to the window and was told I still owe 10.00. I paid it and than checked my pay pal account it should McDonald's took almost 18.00. I went back inside and showed management where the first card covered the full amount the manager said it didn't and refused to credit my 2nd card back. I am disputing my charge on the second card and overage they took since the order was only 16 dollars and change. Get home I found tartar sauce on my fish sandwich after I requested None. Whatever you do avoid this Mc Donald's. Read reviews previously they have same complaints.
Got it for here, they gave it to go. Asked for sprite, got coke. Had to ask for a key to use the restroom. They yelled my order out instead of my order number. They didn't come up to the register when I went to pay and didn't acknowledge me when I was missing an item and needed a different drink. Terrible service, food, and location. Do not go here let this franchise suffer. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Parking: Parking is just outside the building with no shade. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair Accessible but doors are difficult to open even for an able bodied person.
This place sucks. I went in a ordered two meals and they didn’t give me my 2 large fries or any of my sauce and I payed extra for sauce. This is not a good place to get food becuase they don’t give you what you pay for.
These guys are usually pretty fast, and the store reasonably clean. Just don't ask about the broken shake machine. :D
The photo included was posted inside the lobby in a few places. I'm really concerned about the discrimination factor. If they buy food there they should be able to eat it there like any other customer.Food: 4/5
My family got there in the middle of a really busy lunchtime and the young lady who took our order was so pleasant and efficient! Our order didn't take very long at all and was great! Everything about our experience was awesome.Food: 5/5
Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The guy that took my order was rude. The place was extremely dirty. There was a large cocroach crawling across the floor right through the middle of the dining area. They don't have fountain pop machines out for customers to use. They have them in the back so you can't get your own.Food: 2/5
The young lady that works the morning shift I believe she is a manager is absolutely awesome! As someone who worked at McDonald’s for a lot of years she is a great example of what a McDonald’s manager is supposed to be.
Went at 7:20am Sunday and the door says lobby opens at 7 but it was locked and they do not serve non car owners. So they would not serve me. They did this to me a few years ago so it's how they roll.Service: 1/5
I repeated it 3x about my order and they said it was ok. the one who scanned my card was on their phone for 3 minutes before attending me, my food was dry, and cold
