They will gladly make you a double Big Mack, just ask for the extra meat. They are happy to make it for you unlike most locations. Great McDonald’s!
Fantastic crew working the dinner shift 3-1-23. Even with 3 cars ahead of me the line moved quickly. The individual working the mic was friendly and easy to hear, food was ready nearly as I drove up, and was handed to me by another friendly individual. Thank you for taking pride in your work!
Super professional service! Came in for a coffee I ordered via the app, but didn't yet know how to add cream + sugar via the app. Gentleman working there was really nice & patient with me, and also despite how busy they were, greeted me & let me know the coffee was still brewing so I wasn't left wondering. I've been shifting away from McDonald's to service and product quality issues at multiple locations, but this one was the exception and in a good way. Went through the drive through and staff was friendly, quick, and my meal was actually hot and fresh and ready quick. And my drink didn't taste watered down.Food: 5/5
Excellent service and facilities. Very nice staff. Gentleman in charge of cleaning keeps it very clean. And I was there at lunch rush hour. Clearly a properly staffed branch. Usual McDonald's menu which has good value items to eat something as a quick bite. Plenty of parking. Good location in south east Minneapolis. I'll be back again no doubt.
Service was fairly quick, my order was correct. However, my double quarter pounder with cheese was literally swimming in a quarter inch deep pool of grease and I burned my thumb because of that. But it was delicious once I figured out how to hold it!
You would almost think McDonalds doesn't sell any shakes anymore by going to this location. Shake machine is always down never working or available to provide a shake . I've heard common reason mcdonalds Shae machines don't work is they aren't cleaned on a regular basis hopefully they can step up!
Ordered butter crisp tenders and fries...came home and opened them. Tenders were completely spoiled and giving bad oil smell... Through them in trash. Don't go there... Fornt desk folks there are very rude too.. don't recommend this location.
The customer service I've been getting through the drive thru has been absolutely great and I don't get to say that as much with McDonald's!Food: 4/5
The French fry house lived up to it's name. Friendly clean establishment. Food was quick and bad for me. Just like I expected. I will be back again, if not for myself, then for an over priced happy meal.
