Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.

Near closing time tonight. The best McDonald's I've been to in a very long time. Perfect fries and Big Mac, fast service and friendly staff.

After spending 20 minutes in the pick up spot and nobody showed up, then another 20 minutes in the drive through, y’all really gonna give me a Big Mac with no Mac sauce?? The girl working the drive thru was nice but overall an incompetent team. This is ridiculous. Waste of my time.

I hated this place I asked for fresh hot fries no salt because of my health issues. On top of that they took old fries that has already been cooked and been sitting under the hot light so they are old and dry looking to were my dog wouldnt even eat them I have been calling now for about thirty minutes amd it will ring for 4 minute and then they pick up and hang up. All the customer service in there is is very rude then when they handle you food they throw the bag at u amd when I ask for condiments they threw them at me. They didnt even bother to put them in the bag. Here is the picture of the old precooked fries that was suppose to have no salt and then a mcdouble with I dont know what thay stuff is because I was charged extra for mac sauce and did not receive it

Chance to drive into one of their locations today. Encounter with friendly staff and got what I want but trash was scattered everywhere, some of the dining tables were nasty so I decided to take them out. They need attention; they do for sure.

From day one I could tell the franchisee owner was engaged and serious about what she does. She was there practically all day, approached guest and greeted everyone with a smile. They were well staffed from the beginning and I'm sure everyone can agree the only reason for issues with service at any McDonald's is a direct result of new employees being thrown to the wolves so to speak, in order to keep the doors open. So needless to say, a good workforce starts from the top ironically, and as long as it effectively trickles its way down to the entree level, all things work as smooth as the ice cream machine on a good day!

This location can never get it right. Modified chit on the burger, yet made completely wrong. Always get honey mustard instead of hot mustard. Drinks always forgotten. Never get ketchup when you ask. Fries always half full with no salt. Never pick up the phone either. Much better McDonald’s a mile down the road near hikes point.

The girl that took my order was short and rude with me, took my money, gave change and slammed the window shut. The pickup window guy was quite nice, although my coffee was wrong. It was black, and I asked for cream and sugar. I could never understand these people that work on fast food. They act as if they're doing you a favor, when in fact if it weren't for us customers, they'd have no job. I worked in fast food as a teenager and took great pride in my work there. This new generation has no pride and so entitled, just sad:

The people were nice but the food sucked fries were nasty and cold and the McDonald's wasnt much better.... I was very very disappointed with the fries I rarely eat them once in a while I'll treat myself and it's frustrating when I decided to do so and their garbage and these were definitely garbage

messed up my entire order, took very long to even take my order, and then did not give me the condiments that I asked for. Experience would have been better if the drive through could understand and speak English a little better
