McDonald's

I had did a delivery from McDonald's one night having a craving. When I had finally gotten my order, the meat wasn't fully cooked through and my sweet tea was nothing but sugar at the bottom. I couldn't even finish my food. I ended up getting sick over it.

My sandwich bread was hard and fell apart. The chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry and like a brick. I ordered Buffalo sauce they gave me BBQ. Over all I tossed my food in the trash and went somewhere else.Food: 1/5

Lunch today, #1 Big Mac Medium fries, and Medium coke. FRESH and hit the spot.Food: 4/5

The last couple times I've visited this location I've ordered curbside. On both occasions I've ordered a Cafe drink but failed to receive it. On the first occasion they substituted a fountain drink, which was a little disappointing considering the price difference. On the most recent visit it took nearly 15 minutes to receive our curbside order so we didn't have time to wait for substitute drinks. The food and service I have received was good, but I've still been disappointed with the experience overall. I'll be preferring other locations in the future.

Went through the drive thu. Fast. Food was fresh and hot. Everything was right with the order. Great trip to McDonald's today. Thanks McDonald'sFood: 5/5

There is no reason we should have to wait 10 minutes to order for a shift change. None. Either you work until the end of your shift or someone comes and relieves you. At 6:50 we tried to order. We ordered 1 meal and then the lady at the drive thru asked for a minute. Then after several minutes another person came and said it would be 10 minutes before we could finish the order WE WERE INTERUPTED DURING because of a shift change. Not sure if it's poor management or staff being allowed to do whatever they want but shifts don't end 10 minutes before the hour. They end at the hour. They should have started by saying it would be some time but they decided to start our order and then leave in the middle. Very unprofessional overall. So grateful to the person who finally came and told us we would be waiting for even longer so we could decide not to bother with a horribly managed mcdonalds. Glad the one the next exit up was better.

I walked in on august 9th 2022 and I stood at the counter for a good 10 min and a lady was right there didn’t even bother to acknowledge that I was standing there nor go tell anyone else either and then finally the drive through person looked over and said can ya order from the kiosk and we will work on ya in a min very poor customer service I mean it seems they just say forget the lobby if you don’t go through the drive through your not that important very sad service not the first bad experience here either I gave another chance after I was given food missing burger from my Big Mac smh

Terrible. The fries were cold. They told us it would be 3 minutes for fresh ones .we ended up waiting over 5 minutes and we had to go in to get them. The cheeseburger was suppose to be plain n it wasn't. Kid-friendliness: Cheeseburger happy meal.

Very slow service. Rude people work there. They want to be playing on phones then taking orders.Food: 1/5

This Mc Donalds stays busy. The staff don't smile much but they are professionally polite. Drive thru stays busy but the service is fast
