McDonald's

I usually write good reviews but this is another faulted order. I always ask for Bacon, Egg, Cheese McMuffin so I ask them to replace the sausage with bacon but every time I go to this location, I’m always ending up leaving with no egg but everything else on it that I asked for. This morning 2/16/23 around 9am & the guy that took my order sounds feminine messed up my order for my 4th time, I recognize his voice because I usually go here just for coffee. But by the time I noticed the messed up order, I had to drive to an another McDonald so they could change the mistake of the McDonald’s on DeBarr RD. I didn't even get to take a bite out of my breakfast because I noticed a dark piece of hair. You have got to be kidding me.Food: 1/5

I've gone through their drive through a couple of times, their Fries were always dead. Barely warm. Little soggy. Last time I went I almost got someone else's meal, I of course informed them it wasn't mine and asked for what I ordered. The staff was nice though and helpful when it came to the mcdonalds app.

Usually, when i order through doordash or uber eats, the food from this location is always hot and everything thing is there. Today though, im missing almost half my order. No chocolate milk, no extra kids fries, and instead of the 20 piece nuggets i ordered, i got 10 nuggets and some kind of chicken patty. Not sure whats different today, but this is ridiculous. Why a chicken patty?? It wasnt even good. Seems like whoever prepped my order just doesnt even care if its correct or not. This has been happening more and more at this location lately, and it really sucks.

The only reason they got 1 star was because I couldn't give them zero stars or negative stars. This McDonalds has consistently been the worst McDonalds to go to in Anchorage. I have never received worse service anywhere in my entire life. First as I go through the drive thru, the lady is rushing me, because my passenger doesn't know what she wants yet. Secondly, they don't give me syrup for my big breakfast, thirdly they don't give me the coffee that comes with the meal. Last but not least of all, once I realized that I was missing things I pulled around to the front immediately after the drive thru and attempted to call, not only did they not answer the phone after 17 attempts, but they actually picked up then hung up on me without speaking to me. All I wanted was my coffee. I recommend eating at the gas station or the grocery store before this. I know I'll never be back here even to get my coffee.

I went thru the drive thru because the lobby was closed and they ruined my order enough that i really didn't enjoy my breakfast meal I had ordered and the cashier made me feel like I was in the wrong so it just wasn't a good experience overall for me at that time.Food: 4/5

I'm only giving it a 3 star..because someone thought it would be cute to place a ton of onions on burger...Just because said...NO MUSTARD NOR KETCHUP DOES NOT TRANSLATE TO A ONION BURGER!! ARE YOU KIDDING.. YOU HOT JOKES....SERVICE TIME 8:36 P.M. SERVICE DATE 15 June 22...AND THE BURGER DRY AS HELL AND OLD!!..Food: 3/5

This location doesn't know how to operate a functional drive-thru. They let you wait in line and when it's finally your turn they tell you they've been closed for 20 minutes. Apparently McDonald's has never heard of cones.

It’s always closed when I want food. Come on!!! Now lobby is closed when it shouldn’t be

Dining room closed, post it on the big sign. Wasting my time having to walk to the door to find out you don't want to serve me fresh food. Giving up on McDonald's tonight and going to Taco Bell.
