Best McDonald's I have ordered from. Burgers were perfect, didn't skimp on any toppings and tasted fabulous. Fresh for sure and speedy service. We stop here everytime on our way to our camp by State College..Food: 5/5
Never ever had a problem here until tonight. For some reason they couldn't seem to figure out how to accept the 4 for $4 deal as offered in the app. I don't understand how difficult this could possibly be. Instead I was charged $6 and told I was given a free McChicken. Not the case. I got 4 items. I paid full price for everything. So where was the deal? Neither the girl working the window or the manager could figure it out. Probably should have complained more while I was there. Unsatisfactory to say the least.
Joan is a very rude woman. She was swearing at my mom and telling her to hurry up and give her the change. She said they do not bring food to the tables as they brought mine to me. It's no problem for us to go up and grab our own food however she just had a nasty nasty attitude. The management is awesome though. They were very kind about the situation
I give all 4 I mean it's McDonald's and we all have our days and make mistakes ... But I can say as far as this one they will do what they need to do to accommodate you for there mess ups or misunderstandings. Staff is friendly.. .. but most of all it's the busiest McDonald's in Altoona and surrounding area and they still get there jobs done with a smile . Kid-friendliness: They have seats / tables that are kid size kids eat at there own table together .. it's awesome if you need to have an adult conversation, a business conversation, or just a little minute to your self .. Parking: Lots of parking. You can choose either side or just park at Popeyes and walk over like I do but now drive thru cuts through the parking lot on the right side so watch out for the food rushes you will definitely be stuck for a minute. . Wheelchair accessibility: You are able to get into any door way , there all accessible . They also have an outdoor patio tables and benches .. on nice days the umbrellas go up . Dietary restrictions: F.Y.I - GF does not mean gluten free.. it's gluten friendly.
Edit* great job on this visit. Great people working with smile on their faces. Thanks. Usually very busy. Drive thru is busy most of the time. Deliver time is slow. Food tastes like McDonald’s food. Customer service is not as good. No thank you or have a nice day, or hello. Employees don’t have a smile on there face. They probably need people who like doing there job instead of just being there for the paycheck. Besides that McDonald’s has good tasting good, not as healthy but tastes good.
Overall fast food is not my thing. However, the people who work here are helpful and friendly. The menu at McDonald's has changed drastically over my lifetime. I would say that it's for the better. But, I do miss some of the old stuff, especially the playgrounds! They were a lot of fun as a kid. They should bring those back!
Only stopped because of the toy and then the adult happy meal. The fries were stale and cold. The burger was thrown together . Just slow down do it right. Kid-friendliness: All kids love Mc Donalds.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with out onions add bacon. Got home to find a single quarter pounder with lettuce tomatoes. Asked for a large rootbeer gave me a medium rootbeer. Physically watched them Pour the medium rootbeer in a large cup and loaded it with ice to make it look like a large.
Don't like the fact that McDonald's hires children to make our food. My order was messed up multiple times. And the children behind the counter were very disrespectful. Food was made incorrectly. I do not recommend eating here. One of the kids that were cleaning decided he wanted to pick on my disabled girlfriend. When asked to stop he laughed and said you're not my boss.
Asked for lite ice in all of my drinks, they filled the whole cup with ice and I barely got any tea. Paid $4.42 for 3 cups of ice, garbage.
