I was doordashing, and this McDonald's is always very helpful. They always greet me as a driver. In most other locations, I have to look for someone to help me. Never at this locationService: 5/5

What is the point of a drive thru when you can't even get a simple order correct? Making a disabled person walk inside. Shame on you. Edit: I went again and my sandwiches were missing sausage. Check your bag at this place!

We ordered 3 double cheese burgers and they gave us 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. We didn't know till we got all the way back home. Then when you call and tell them they can't do anything about it not even a refund for the 1 burger they screwed us for. This place has turned into not a good McDonald's. It us to be better. I'm very disappointed and will not return as they took our money.

Updated review: All I can say is AVOID this place past 9pm unless you feel like waiting in the drive-through until closing time or get told by the time you hit the ordering box that they are only accepting online orders for the rest of night. The fast food is not fast, the fries are either soggy/hard/or completely oversalted. Plain and simple: IF IT IS LATE NIGHT AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE REGISTER GOING, CLOSE ONE OF THE DRIVE THROUGH BOXES. PEOPLE CONSISTENTLY THINK THAT FILLING BOTH LANES UP WILL MAKE THINGS GO FASTER WHEN IT JUST SLOWS THE WHOLE PLACE DOWN. Parking: Lots of parking spots Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs, ramps at both entrances.

-Always get orders wrong -No one at register. Someone needs to be at register at all times. -Undercooked fries. -Lousy attitudes and 0 customer service skills. -Dirty tables, floors and drink stations, never stocked. Probably don't even clean inside the machines so people drink dirtied chemicals in their drinks. - Playing indecent music in the kitchen for the entire lobby to hear. No one needs to hear your N-word filth. -Hair needs to be regulated. Put hair nets on.

The big guy w tattoos on his arms running the drive thru has awful customer service skills. He feels the need to belittle at the speaker. On the other hand the red hair slim man at the 1st window is very well mannered. Good for him. Shame on the other guy.Food: 5/5

Update 04/2023: TERRIBLE...they have started charging extra for things like ketchup. I will not be going to this restaurant in the future as far as I can tell. It is too bad that the nickel and dime attitude is chasing away customers. I'm sure the naive will not know the difference and still go and still pay for ketchup packets, but be warned I do not recommend this restaurant location anymore. UPDATE: I recommend using curbside delivery here. The staff is attentive and it's a great way to save fuel while relaxing. Typical curbside delivery take less than five minutes when they're busy. This McDonald's is really pretty good. They employ a lot of high school students from the local high school and they pick the best. I rarely have a problem with an order in terms of accuracy, freshness or quality. Everything is as it would be expected from McDonald's.

The manager Caitlin is amazing. She treated me with total respect and made sure my order was 100% correct. Caitlin runs a tight ship and all of her team is on the same page. Caitlin ensures every order is satisfactory prepared to be hot and fresh and tasty . Caitlin is a 100% asset to McDonald's and supports local law enforcement % and we support her

Victoria, the stand in manager. Couldn't be more rude! The instant we walked to the counter after using the kiosk. She snapped that "she was busy!" And "will be with us in a minute" we hadn't said a word. McDonald's is not to blame for this less than professional, disturbed individual. How she got a job in customer service in the first place is as big a surprise as the level of A-hole she was to us for absolutely no reason, other than being an obviously bitter person. I trust McDonald's will reprimand or replace this sub-standard employee with one that is customer service oriented and performs at a McDonald's level of expectation.

Refuse to speak to customers. Everything had to be ordered from kiosk. If you needed some help they never came out. Only one toilet working. Long line just to wash your hands before you eat. They would ignore you or just didn't want to speak to you.
