This McDonald's is the worst. The wait in the drive thru was seriously long. So when I get my food home I had a raw quarter pounder. For as long as the wait was my food should have been cooked completely. Can you please tell me why the ice cream machine hasn't been fixed in years??? Anytime I got to this location and order ice cream I always get told the machine is broken. My friend was the one who first told me that they always say that and I didn't believe her, how can McDonald's not have ice cream and sure enough when I have gone and asked they say the same thing.
Same as any other McDonald's, or fast food restaurant these days. Slow service. Mediocre food. Sometimes you get lucky n get warm food. Sometimes it's partially of what you ordered. Make sure you check your order fully. Not just looking in the bag, but actually unwrapping your food to make sure it is correct n edible. The manager was Hispanic n seemed to know very little English. She couldn't even understand me asking a question about a menu item. After about 5 minutes, another employee came over n answered my question no problem n took my order. Watch what is going on behind the scenes tho. Have seen some very disgusting behavior where hands needed washing n wasn't done n was touching the food. Not just this location or restaurant. Just total lack of concern for what others are putting into there mouth after you knew hand washing was needed. So ya...Same shyt as always.
Came in on the morning of February 17th, around 9 AM. Two of your employees were not wearing their masks properly for the entire time I was there. Both of them basically had it by their mouths. Are you kidding me? You’re literally in a Walmart, with most likely hundreds of people who pass by McDonald’s and two of your employees can’t wear their masks properly? Food is always decent here, but fix the mask- We’re in the middle of the pandemic.
No need to buy a milkshake from McDonald's. They want you to take it home and mix it yourself. McDonald's is useless
The McDonald’s in Walmart supercenter on Craig and Clayton is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. This store is just out of everything from boxes to buns and to top it off happy meal toys. Come on now and you guys are a corporate store. How embarrassing this that. I feel for the crew that work here and have to go through this every time.
Inside Wal-Mart 1807 W.Craig Rd. STORE #28778 ***THANK YOU GUY W/GLASSES! Hola! This morning I had the dreadful task as a homemaker to get an oil change. Since I had time I had a quick bite for breakfast at the inside Mc Donald's. The staff member who I did not get his name was so nice! He was tall, caucasian with shoulder length brown hair and dark eye glasses. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and o.j. I also asked for h20. He and another staff member let me know they had no water or salad. Which was a bummer. I needed some to water down my acidy o.j. I did not want to pay for a $3 bottle. Instead he gave me some. A nice gesture for me. I then sat down. In 10 seconds he brang me my food and asked me, if I would like, salt, jelly, or ketchup for my meal. I felt like I was in a foreign country!! I'm used to getting my number called and a wrong order. Instead he approached ME, with fast, warm, food, and asked what condiments he wanted to bring ME!! I was taken back by this awesome customer service!! Either he was raised right, from a different State, Country, or Mc Donald's is on top of the training game in customer service? I will never forget this kind of treatment, ever!! So I politely said thank you and ate my breakfast while my oil change was going on inside Wal-Mart. Thank You for the enjoyable morning!
Went to one on Losee for lunch and had given my phone to my husband we work together to keep him occupied until I returned with our lunch I had taken his car. When I got to the window, I remembered that I had given my phone to my husband which is ALSO my wallet. When I got to the window, I explained what happened. As I was getting ready to get out of line, the owner told me not to worry about it this time and just to remember that location. I was in tears, because I could not believe that he had done that. I will NEVER forget that location. Thank you, Eric the owner. I went back looking for you.
My order was wrong again. The apple pie was so old it's empty because the filling dried up under the heat lamp, again. The tomato on my burger tasted spoiled.
Staff members are slow to take customers orders. They often forget items ordered and deliver orders at a snail's pace. Simply put, this place is all around horribly ran and maintained. If you do find yourself unfortunately coming to this McDonald's. I strongly suggest using the drive-thru to prevent loss of appetite. The lack of cleanliness in this establishment is evident from the moment you enter. I have a McStressful with Extra-LRG Dr. Stink and an LRG Wait to-go!!!
Went here in the morning and asked for a hot caramel mocha with non-fat milk. Got to the window after payong and they were trying to give me a caramel frappe. When I told them it was the wrong drink, they told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to my car. 4 cars later I still had no coffee. I went inside and asked for my refund and they all argued over who was supposed to bring my coffee out. Man they suck!!!!
