This place is the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been too, not only do the employees just suck at their meaningless job’s… a homeless man threw himself onto the hood of my car. Just out right stupid nonsense that isn’t even necessary to deal with unless your a homeless crackhead hooker on methadone mile. If your just a normal whatever, don’t go there at all. I’d give negative 5 stars if I could but I can’t. So screw you McDonalds, you can’t please the fat Americans on the mile but you got the crackheads taken care of. Shame on all you!
This location needs an overall inspection. Based on my experience, it's not in good condition to serve food. Also, the person taking the drive-thru order was under the influence of drugs and obviously was not fit to work that day. Waited 5 minutes for him to take my payment, I asked him to cancel my order since he couldn't figure out what he was doing. Went inside to place my order, the place was filthy, so I left. I can't understand how a place like this is still in business, serving FOOD. I don't recommend. I will definitely report this.
Place is great, probably one of the better McDonald's Boston franchise stores in regards to the food. 5 stars for managing to stay in such good condition, considering the most popular visitors of the station are permanently cracked up.Food: 5/5
Over 30 minutes waiting for these folks to figure out my order. I was given the wrong debit card from another customer, homeless people harassing us while in drive thru, place smells like urine this place needs to get shut down & re opened with additional security & improved customer service.
The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food was typical McDonalds food, nothing out of the ordinary. The customers were weird though. Outside the building there were a bunch of homeless people and/or tweakers. I don't recommend going here with kids. I was very uneasy walking in.Food: 4/5
Worst experience ever, I will prefer Dunkin over Macdonald from now onword Teenage employees are so lazy and non co-operative They took 20 mins just for 1 hot chocolate and hot coffee and served the coffee after it was cold Waste of time, money. Please never visit this place Secons time i got worst experience Save your visit for dunkin.
Chicken Nuggets were nasty and not even fully cooked, burger was dry oh and they couldn't even give me the sauce I asked for. I could even get a hi or a smile from the staff, they clearly hated their job.
In Line as I’m writing this. Been here for 10 minutes. They did not answer the speaker. A homeless guy politely told me use the 2nd window. Welp after 15 minutes with out my order being taken I’m leaving with out food.
Food was cold, tea was terrible. But I ate it so 3 stars. There does appear to be a place where people who are homeless stay right next to it. They do walk up to cars so if that makes you uncomfortable, probably not the best place for you to be at night. But my experience was pretty much fine.
Ordered a coffee that’s it handed the kid some money, get my change kid spills half the change on the ground. Pull up to the next window wait, lady has me pull up and wait for door service for a coffee. Comes out with a large creamer basically was so white there was like no coffee, tell her I asked for regular cream and sugar not extra extra, comes back out coffee looks okay didn’t drink it probably spit in it. This place is terrible 99% of the time they charge you wrong or mess the order up, this is what you get when lazy workers get $15 an hour. Honestly anyone can sit and take orders and collect drive threw money. Just laziness and they don’t care.
