One of the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to! There was only one of two registers open. That one which was open had a very not well-trained Cashier, who kept walking away from her register. The kiosks were flawed, not printing receipts and informing the customer to go to the register to pay for the order. Once at the register, the Cashier couldn't seem to find the orders from the kiosk. She did ask a manager to come over, who was pushing out food to the drive-through and some to customers waiting in line, with the assistance of another young lady. The manager seemed unphased and unconcerned about the customers in the line, those waiting on their orders, and the staggering number of people who began to enter the store and pile up at the counter. Both, those who were waiting to order and those waiting for their food. I personally used the kiosk. It took every bit of about ten minutes to finally get to the register. As I said, she couldn't find my order for about three to four minutes. The young lady who was also assisting the manager would also have the Cashier walk back to the kitchen area to get drinks. It took about a total of forty minutes from the time I walked in, used the kiosk, and received my order. There were other customers who got their food but had to return it but it was cold or the ice melted in their drinks. Uber Eats and Door Dashers stood there as well, waiting for orders. This McDonald's definitely needs a makeover and possibly more/new employees, as well as Customer Service training to work with a sense of urgency.
If you like standing around waiting for your order while the staff is hanging out, then you'll love this place! Ended up with cold fries after waiting 30 min for simple order with only couple customers inside. Yes, I did ask couple times about my order.Food: 1/5
Have ordered delivery here multiple times from work now which is only 5 minutes away. Have never once gotten all the items I’ve ordered or fresh food. Pretty sure they just reheat the nuggets once they have be sitting out to long. Will not be ordering from here anymore.Food: 2/5
2023 I went for breakfast today and everything was great the staff was professional and fast and the order was made correctly I was hungry and did not wait to eat the steak egg and cheese bagel and hash brown. The only thing I didn't realize was its a sauce on the bagel. 2022 Horrible customer service slow service orders never accurate I am always told its a wait on whatever I order but when I get the food its never hot how is that possible smh Parking: They have plenty of free parking Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has always been kid friendly/ based
This store is a joke. Multiple times I've run into food quality issues, order issues not sent to restaurant despite confirmation and this final straw. I ordered a burger with extra salt and what do I get? A retaliatory drowning of salt. Each layer had a crust of excessive salt that made this not just not tasty but inedible and unsafe. This was a malicious act after a complaint about them losing my order and I will never voluntarily eat from them again.
Just closes during normal hours, thought it was a joke when they said this was the worst McDonald's in Baltimore because they all are but this is actually the worst one. I don't know how the manager gets away with this incompetence or how they only hire people who act too good to be there but they do. I thought the chipotle on fort Ave had the worst employees and sucked but this McDonald's is the new top dog of sucking
They forgot to put the burger patties on my Big Mac. Didn’t realize until I got all the way home. I’ve had consistent issues with this place. Would not recommend.
The place is not much to look at, as it is in a really rough part of the city. They have active construction in the dining room. Ordering is done via touchscreen kiosks. However they are quick to put together an order, and the staff is very friendly. Update 10-16: So the construction is over, but the store remains grimy and dirty. If I was not starving, I might have passed it up.
I did a mobile order for curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes and watched cars go through the drive-through before I got my food. I called and asked about my order and was told to come inside to pick it up it was downpour raining. I went inside, waited in line, and got my food. My soda was water-downed from melted ice and flat, and the food was cold. The whole time I was waiting in my car for curbside pickup my food was sitting on a shelf getting cold. Next time, I’ll just do the drive-through and avoid the app so at least my food will be warm when I get it.
The staff was very nice and helpful. In fact, I misunderstood what one of the employees was saying over the intercom while I was trying to order my food. After I pulled around, I had to give them my entire order at the window. They were very nice about it and we even joked about it. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and the order was accurate. The only issue I had with the location was the fact that it let you out onto Pulaski Highway, which made it difficult to exit as no one slowed down to let you into traffic. Oh, and the parking lot was full of trash. I feel bad digging them about this because it was clearly the customers throwing trash out of their cars. The car in front of me threw trash out as they pulled off. Parking: The parking is a little weird as there is parking on three sides of the location, but all of the parking backs into the drive-through lane. So when you back out, you have to be cautious that you don't back into anyone in the drive-through lane.
